It was a very good stay overall. Nice hospitality by the Hotel team. Property is very near to all the amenities, and we tried breakfast as well and that too was great.

In my strongly opinion first of all property is very big and well maintained. Secondly Jai ma inn hotel staff is very polite and humble you feel like your own home. As one of staff member his name is Rajesh Kumar very co-operative with everything. Need any type of help of location, complementary pick and drop off and room service and hospitality. One best experience I have face my health was not good he is suggesting to me near by hospital from hotel and medicine store so, it was comfortable and humble suggestion from Rajesh kumarbhai. Moreover, food is hygienic and tasty like home so I have one place all perks.and finally, regularly room clean up and if anything not working in room so they are repair or replace immediately. If I chance to come again in this hotel I will definitely stay here. And one thing I have to say room cost price on average but you feel like five star ⭐ hotel.

This property is Old is Gold type hotel, perfect location and good rooms. Service and food is below expectation but as per price it's perfect.

Hotel is awesome. Specially the front garden with beautiful flowers, well maintained. Cleaning is their utmost priority and we loved it. Stay was above expectations, food was delicious.

One of the best hotels in Jammu in the economy premium range i would say.

Its located right in the main market and also close to yatra starting point. They provide free pickup and drop to yatra starting point. All the shops and main market is around the hotel. Very safe place to stay.

Food is amazing. Do try their parathas, they are too good. Pricing is also not very high.

Rooms are very big with lots of furniture. Hotel entrance and lobby feels premium and spacious. Staff is cooperative. Enjoyed our stay here.

The best hotel found at katra. The reason behind good review is that it provides 24 hours light with A C facility.
Yes, in katra, no hotels reveal about the non functional ACs during fluent power cut .

Inspite of non availability of power supply, hotel has provided full time working AC.

Hotel is good on the main road at Katra. But service not up to the mark. There is no lift. Its difficult to climb each time for breakfast tea coffee, dinner.Their boys take our bags upto 3rd floor. It's difficult to climb up n down each time.
