Very nice hotel & food too. Rooms are very spacious.

Good property with a great parking....need to renovate of the property but this is only my suggestion.otherwise it really good hotel to stay

I'd recommend because of the following:
1) staff goes out of their way to serve you and make you feel welcome.
2) their rooms are clean and odourless.
3) their manager will even serve you after you checkout.

Checked in few hrs back at Ginger Hotel and found many nearby eateries and snacks corners, good location overall. Initially i was bit unsure but the kind of promptness I saw in their front desk was awesome. TV got topped up in seconds and I requested for spray to be done, which was done within minutes.
I was upgraded to family room and the staff like Rakesh Ji (esp) and Rahul ji showed great proactive was.

We know of Hotel Ginger, they never fail to deliver, why would it be any different now?
Superb Rooms, Great Service and good location, it's near to both Katra Railway Station and Vaishno Devi.

Loved everything about this hotel. Rooms, Service, food, location each and every thing is just to the point.

This is a very good hotel like the view of the mountain is good from 3rd floor and it has also it's own dining area on ground floor where onion and garlic are not served. House keeping is two times a day. Sometimes the key card doesn't work. Overall it was a nice experience.

Very welcoming staff.. Specially Ms Shallu. She helped us find the best way to get to vaishnov devi. The check ins & check outs were smooth and the hotel has all the facelities that one looks forward to as a family visit. Both my kids were really happy too... Love this place.. 100☆

Perfect property! Starting point of yatra is just 2 km away from this location and Ginger can help you with drop and pickup. Rooms are big and clean.

It was a good stay at ginger. Staff was very helpful and courteous. This place had a very good breakfast and we were blown by taste of it. It has ample parking space. We were allowed to park our vehicle for the night we didn't stay there when we went to bhawan. They also have locker facility available.

A perfect stay and value for money hotel.

Grand rooms,good breakfast,clean toilets,a warmer on request and very cooperative staff.

Hotel manger was very very cooperative and kind enough to provide us umbrellas when it started raining suddenly.

In case I travel back to Katra on my family tour,I shall stay here,again.

Value for money hotel...staff is really co-operative....food served here during earlier years was much better than in present time. Rest everything is ok.

It's a Ginger brand hotel so no question of less rating. Actually it's an old property bt they r maintaining well. 700mtrs walk from Yatra Parchi Counter. And hardly 150 from AMR mall. You can find all facilities like Auto Or Grocery in a walkabke distance.. I will prefer to come again in this hotel.

Good hotel. We reached before our time of check-in. They allotted room 3 hrs before our time of check-in. Good breakfast. They provide two bottles of water as complimentary at the time of check-in. For more bottles they charge extra. Otherwise there is a cooler for refill. Worth for money spent. Had a very good stay at the hotel.

Oh I loved this place. This place is in my opinion one of the best hotels I have stayed in. Really close to the bus stand which is the centre of all communication. Has very good room services and has all the amenities you can expect when you are paying for a hotel like this.

Spl. Mr. Kaka ram is very caring about their guests he is a great personality with having a good nature.
My opinion is for Mr. Kaka ram ji is he is the upcoming manager of this hotel he is very nice guye.

I booked this hotel without reading any review, but believe me it's so amazing. Ample parking space, ample room space and what a good food quality. Stayed with family.
Very near to bus stand and they give complementary cab service also.
