One of the largest cremation ground with electric furnace (Chulli) in Bankura.well decorated and well maintained. There helds a big fair during Kali Puja for 7 days. Many temples are there of maa Tara and Kali in the samshan.

Lokkhyatora Smasan , situated at the terminal point of Bankura town,is the Main Smasan of Bankura Town.

The surrounding atmosphere is so much auspicious that would take you to another dimension.
There is temple of Ma kali , Lord Hanuman , Bamakhyapa etc.

You mind will be captivated by the "Biswaroop Darsan" craving at the Electric Chulli furnace wall.

You should not skip the Kalipuja here at all.
The Smasan is decorated beautifully in this time and a lot of devotees come here.

Cremation ground with electronic chully. Only of its kind in Bankura. Wonderfully decorated and well maintained. Very good behaviour of the staff. The temples are very clean. Peaceful place . The fresco of lord Vishnu is excellent.
