The founder of the Nuggikeri Desai family, Nilerao from Indapur, he was awarded the Jagir of Nuggikeri and fourteen other villages in Dharwad.
Nice place with pleasent ambiance give soothing effect, relaxes mind.

Nuggikeri is a special place to all the Dharwad people, most of us visit the temple every Saturday.

You will be able to see 2 ways to visit the temple, from main entrance u won’t be able to reach visit through any vehicle because it’s only for those who come by walk.

For those who would like to come through vehicle they can join from the second route.

Temple is an amazing positive area, it makes you feel so happy and peaceful, it feels really great to visit every weekend.

It’s better to visit in the morning ( early morning) that would be my recommendation to the visitors because it will be more crowded at the evening.

Huge crowds will be there on Saturdays, maintained very well, a beautiful lake is there ,and Lilies in lake, on Saturdays food stalls will be there, in weekdays you can't find crowds and can visit and sit peacefully. Easily accessible by bus and private vehicles at toll naka you can find vehicles to reach temple.

Very beautiful temple on lake side, visited it after long time. I could see significant change in terms of cleanliness and parking facilities.

We parked near walking path opposite to lake and walked alongside lake to temple.

Beautiful temple with lake in the surrounding ! Temple is very well maintained with plenty of parking space. Road leading to the temple is patchy is few stretches. One can enjoy a nice walk by the lake side after visiting the temple.

I can't put my experience while visiting this temple in words. One can actually sense the aura and power around God's statue. I experienced complete calmness once I bowed down at Lotus feet of Lord Anjaneya.
Worth visiting, if you are near to Dharwad / Hubballi / Belagavi.

Ultimate pleasent place. I been there for first time recently, soon we enter the entrance, we need to walk for 500m, that part in best, sounds of birds, cool breeze from Lake, best time to visit there is evening. You will find more crowded on Saturday as you all know. There are two way in. One way you can take your vehicle to main road, parking area near temple. And other I said by walking. I suggest you to go by walk, you feel good. And no words for temple no doubt, and no spoilers. Pleasent place calm area. And Just visit once...

Very calm and devine place. Located outside the main city of Dharwad away from traffic and pollution. Parking can be difficult on Saturday. Also has lots of shops outside the temple.

Beautifully constructed Hanuman temple situated at the outskirts of Dharwad. The place can be really crowded during Hanuman Jayanti and other festivals. During these festivals finding a place to park your vehicle is also a bit dificult. The temple looks stunning at night with the reflection in the lake.
