It is really good experience. I went for serious hand surgery and glad to share my good experiences of the hospital. Most trusted hospital in the pune area. I had multiple experiences at this hospital, for my grandmother and relatives. They have hired skilled doctors and these doctors are extremely disciplined. They check every patient as per routine, no excuses. I am thankful to the management of this hospital they are very honest and don't indulge in any kind of corruption. Costs are reasonable and you won't get surprises when you check the bill. Another best thing is the doctors here are so knowledgeable that they never ask patients to do any unnecessary tests.

Excellent experience at hospital My son fully recovered from ARDS from ICU doctors Venkat Sir, Piyush sir, Zhansi madam,Dr.Mishra Sir and All ICU Staff and Our best doctors Dr. Kannan sir and Dr. Sarita Madam. We also thankful for hospital social worker Pillay madam for financial support.

KEM hospital, pune is the best hospital for pediatric. I had a very good experience for my child surgery which did by Dr. Shashank Shotriya. Overall nursing staff and co-doctors are very very polite and co-operative. House keeping is very excellent and I have never seen to feel like typical hospital odour.
Also more important about charges of any treatment and test are comparatively little bit low than others hospital.

I bought my child here due to the bladder infection. Doctors at KEM are very knowledgeable, polite, professional. Moreover support staff is really very caring and supporting. My child has been treated very well with care and affection. Now he is perfectly alright. He literally feels KEM as his second home🙂

Very good hospital.. unfortunately mask adjustable plastic ring stuck into my six years old kid as a parent we were helpless as it's not visible. We visited kids emergency care unit in KEM and immediately they started with the treatment. Dr. Nikhil Gokhale and other supporting staff really did great job and removed foreign body. All other working staffs are helpful and really nice .

Post surgery I needed some documents for insurance purposes. I was asked to meet Mr. Anil Sharma for the same. I have never seen such polite, efficient and customer friendly treatment. He and his staff were most helpful in assisting me. Thereafter I needed some more documents and revisited. Once again in 3 mins I was handed over all the documents I needed. Thanks to Mr. Sharma and KEM hospital.

Nice hospital. All medical specialists are available..Good ICU care. Very reasonable prices. Good nursing staff. Parking facilities are available and are good. Only issue is narrow roads around.

I went there for psychiatrist, all the staff here are very cooperative and kind. The hospital is very clean and has a paid parking. It also has a good canteen
