ibis Manado City Center Boulevard

Our week-long stay for diving in Bunaken was fantastic! The service at this place was top-notch – the staff was not only cheerful but also incredibly helpful. The location was spot-on, and the rooms were impeccably clean. Overall, a great experience!

I am fascinated by this great hotel located in the heart of Manado City! When I checked in at the reception, the staff are always very nice. I was greeted by Ismet, and Bryan at check--in, and by Erika at check-out. They are all very kind and polite, and they all left a very good impression on me. Ismet, Adeliya, Ryan & Erika are all very professional. Great staff at the restaurant, the hotel also has a nice bar area. A big THANK YOU to: Femmi Nova, Cerry, Anggka, and Eko from the restaurant, they offered me a "Welcome Drink" once I arrived. Thank you very much! "Makaseh!" :)
There are 3 modern meeting rooms. Rooms in the hotel are very clean and comfortable. Manado Town Square (ManToS) mall is within walking distance -- just 2 minutes away from the hotel. The air-conditioned rooms are nice, and you can sleep well. The hotel is strategically located in the center of the city, and close to the central business district. I have now stayed multiple times there (once in 2018, and 3 times in 2023: in May, once again June and also in July)."

Excellent location right smack in the middle of the bustling boulevard. Hotel is well maintained compared to the rest of their competitors. Hands down the strong and coolest AC in the rooms in Manado.

Have to appluad the Staff in Resto . They deserve more than 5stars. Terrific team there !

Very strategic location and lovely room + room service, but... momentary outage(s) a.k.a power turned off for a split second happened almost every night around 8-9 PM!! I forgot to tell how terrifying it can be to the receptionist, sadly.

The bed+pillows were very clean but sadly didn't smell as fresh as I expected. Or maybe they just don't use a strong perfumed soap for their laundry.

Most likely I will re-book this hotel, but next time will ask for a room that faces the sea.

Everything went well, staff was helpful in given direction and recomendation where and what we can do in Manado. Convenience hotel location, in the City center and surroundings area was comfortable. Spa in - room service, massage was just perfect after you tired with ur activities during the day. For 2 stars hotel, is a recommended hotel to stay in Manado

Good service, good food and nice experience. If i were to improve on one thing, that would be to get rid of the curves in the bathroom to make it bigger. Change the toilets as the current hanging ones might break for big people.

Very thoughtful with the fruits compliments. Fresh fruits are always welcomed.

Hotel staff are nice and their services also great. The room is clean and interior is nice and modern, I like it, and I can see Bunaken or Manado Tua mountain from my room which is great. Bathroom slightly small but it's quite okay for me. Menu for breakfast are various. Good job for the hotel management and staff...keep it up

One of the best hotel if you travel for business or even just to enjoy Manado... The crew of the hotel really helpfull.. And they never fail on their menu..tasteful - tq Mr. fauzi and team

Nice and clean room, comfortable mattress, very helpful staff with good English.
The bathroom was a small cabin, but efficiently distributed.
Good sea views from the room, aircon and WiFi worked very well. good TV with international channels.
There was an “raw egg” smell at our floor corridor and early morning a guest was smoking in front the elevators.

It was such a great time… and I would say it was the biggest pleasure to stay at Ibis - Manado. I couldn't have asked for a better location, facilities… and amenities. My wife and I especially had the best time during breakfast.
Merry and Nova were kind enough to help us eat Indonesian food the right way.
Nasi kuning and Manado porridge were some of the breakfast items we loved the most, and the way they showed us how to make them was just so awesome!
It was a pleasant surprise that Gery, one of the restaurant staff, was the winner of ladt year's cooking competition. I could go on and on about how wonderful it was for me to stay there. Thank you again!

This hotel located in city center of Manado, in front of the largest mall (Manado Town Square). I came for meeting and the meeting room was clean and arranged properly. The staff very nice and helpful for our meeting. The cleanliness of toilet was good.

The room is nice and confortable. The service is very good include in the restaurant. #Kevin is so helpful introducting me about all meal which are delicios and healthy. I've also been here for a meeting. Everything is well arranged, so it is well recomended for everyone who is looking for a stay or meeting.

Nice place to stay. Its room has larger space than common hotels in this class. It's clean, comfortable and neat. Wifi is great. The food is good not extraordinary. The Staff is polite and helpful. The seaview is beautiful.

Breakfast has a great variety and tastes very good! The service staff are very warm, careful and lovely. If we come back to Indonesia, we will come here again. Thanks Renly Raymond merry mercy.
