Four Points by Sheraton Manado

You have to give them a lot of credit given the developing nature of the region. The breakfast is one of those extravagant buffets with everything, and it did not disappoint. The room was clean and the AC worked well. What I liked most was that it was connected to a huge enclosed mall which included a hyper market And everything and anything. So was able to pass the time while I waited for my flight out on the next day. Staff is fully conversant in English.

We stayed as group at that time. Staffs are good and nice. We can borrow bikes for going around the beach for free. We lost the access card and we got the change with no cost. The cuisines in restaurant was nice, there was a staff who asking about the experience and explained about Manado porridge. Very good. The room was clean and comfort. We can see city and beach from height at 1632 room. There's a clean swimming pool and fitness room with various equipments. We can use for free too.

I was there for a quick lunch and afternoon tea. The staff are really friendly and attentive.
Their restaurant manager Richart really helpful when i initiate for a booking,and he also give us compliment bday cake + surprise from staff as one of my friend was having birthday.

Best Hotel in Manado. The grand ballroom is huge and grand.
The room are Clean spacious room, 5- star services by the staffs, best location near the mall, and a very good breakfast

Very good hotel, friendly staff. This is the hotel i always stay when in manado.

The only 1 thing they should improve is the quality of their bathroom fittings and the water smell when fitting is open intially.

After spending 4 weeks in Sulawesi, we chose 4points to spend our last night in this beautiful island. We were not disappointed. Maybe it's the good Feng shui, but our time was memorable, one of the best in our nine years marriage....maybe we were helped a tad with the gentle effect of a bottle of prosecco purchased in the nearby mall, but the effects of that night will be long lasting , carved in our top 10 best couple memories 🔥🔥🔥.
So thank you Sheraton to have created such a romantic room, the AC is super efficient, the mattress an excellent sport ground, and the seaview of room 1109 a romantic booster. Thank you as well for the sturdiness of your furniture, and the excellent comfort of the swivel armchair by the bay.

Luxury hotel in the city centre. Spacious and clean rooms, excellent service and amenities. Only downside is their non-Indonesian food is quite a far cry from the quality of their Indonesian food but I guess that's to be expected in most places in South East Asia. Their room prices are reasonable and I would suggest getting a sea view room for the amazing view the hotel has to offer.

Wow, What a pleasant experience! From the moment we checked in we received superb customer service, the staff is on point.

The breakfast buffet is vast with many different options. Room service was good, the pizza was a little undercooked and they were out of a few dishes. Tao Yuan was absolutely delicious, they too were out of a dish we tried to order. However, that did not take away from our experience.

The pool area has a stunning view! It was so nice to have a bar there as well, Esal was phenomenal. Would have loved more draft beer options and umbrellas for shade.

Hotel is conveniently connected to the mall which made it very easy for us to pick up supplies without having to venture far.

We will definitely be returning to this location and highly recommend.

Hotel is located in city center and connected to shopping mall. The room was cozy and clean plus the bed and pillow was comfortable. Oh the toilet doesn’t have bidet.
The staff was helpful, attentive, and friendly.

Great experience. The restaurant manager Dani is professional and comes to ask us our opinion about everything. The staff is very friendly and helpful, not only at the reception but also at the restaurant. The breakfast buffet has a wide variety of food options and everything is tasteful. The room is clean and the mattress is very comfortable. We spent a good moment at this hotel and will come back for a three-night stay next week!

What a gem in Manado. Great Hotel with good facilities and location but what really made the difference is the staff with the attention to details to make my stay super comfortable. The food was also very good and each day had a different menu for the local Indonesian cuisine.

My office held an event in their ballroom. Service was great. Four Points is a good hotel in Manado. I got an amazing sea view from my room. Room was spacious, bed was comfy. Overall, I had a pleasant stay.

The best hotel in Manado with Big Ballroom

Google maps reminded me of our short trip to Manado three years ago before the pandemic. We were staying in this hotel. The location of this hotel is very strategic. There are restaurants and minimarket nearby. The rooms are spacious and clean and we can see the sea from our room window . We also enjoy a beautiful sunset in the swimming pool.
