Sam Ratulangi International Airport

The airport has undergone a serious upgrade since my visit a year ago. It's incredibly spacious, clean, and comfortable. The ladies' toilet was spotless, and the staff were all polite. Quite the transformation!

The new face of Sam Ratulangi Airport, Manado is now looks more neat and beautiful. The separate pickup zone and drop zone make this airport feel even more spacious after renovations and additions to the terminal building. The check-in area and departure waiting room are very spacious and feel comfortable. The parking area is also very spacious and well arranged. For those of you who like to travel, you don't need to worry because you don't have time to eat breakfast at the hotel, in the waiting room area there are many cafes and places to eat with a variety of menus.

A really nice international airport with its eight gates for passengers. You can find many restaurants inside while waiting for your boarding time. It provides us good ambience airport with many comfortable chairs. There are several toilets with disabled facility too. There is kid playground too for children so that your kids don't feel boring waiting for flight. You can find it really clean everywhere with its modern interior design. Very nice officers who will guide you with smile.

The airport is new building, so it is clean. There are restaurants, coffee shops, CVS, souvenir shps, lounge in air side.

Great airport, caters both domestic and international flights, some stores have since reopened aince the pandemic, they also sold manadonese souvenirs in the transit areas and there is a premium lounge for priority pass and premium credit and debit card holder.

Serves mostly domestic and regional route in Indonesia and limited international flights to Singapore, China, Japan, and Korea

Nice airport... One od the best in my hometown... In this pandemic situation, though you have your Ag test from another airport, you still to have Covid19 test after arrival... 😊
They have renovate this aiport and we can see that they have more spacious rooms in departure area and arrivals...

As the one of east Indonesia's airport, I think that this airport is one of the best. So I would like to say that this airport is not too small nor big, clean, many China tourists come here too. I also heard that this airport is very friendly to anyone. So feel free to come to Manado through this gate (airport)

Checking-in was quick and easy, Air Port size is small but strategic, there is plenty of coffee options including the starbucks before the checkin terminals. There are a few restaurants after checkin, ranging from local manado food to sausage buns and banana cupcakes. The international departure gate 4 is well equipped with free internet kiosk, air conditioning, toilet, free wifi and also phone charging booth!

It is really efficient. The staff are very nice. It is really fun while you wait because There are a lot of stores And stuff to look at it's really fun.
