CLARO HOTEL MAKASSAR

I only come here because there was a wedding party and event. This place really popular to be used for event and gathering, even for normal day (not weekend), its still used for event. They have restaurant too.
Have a big parking lot, but at the same time, quite hard to look for parking space because there are many guests who come here.

Good service overall. But last time I could smell the cigarette smoke in a non-smoking room. So it's a little bit disappointed. The cust service promised a bay fresh to get rid of it, yet never came. The elevator needed to be upgraded, most of the times it's overcrowded and the dwell time just a waste. So better to add more elevator or upgrade to faster one. I believe the staffs have been working tirelessly so I would just leave it as five but please consider the feedback🙂

All the services were great, the staffs, the hospitality, the menus on their restaurant, the rooms, the facilities. I only can say this is the right choice for you who want to get nice experience and enjoy Makassar since its located in the center of the city.

Visited here to do some business. The staff was kind, the room was cozy and clean as expected. My favourite was the cooking

Nice big Hotel. They have a big spacious lobby. Deluxe room size just enough for two person. They have bis swimming pool, outdoor chapel and gym. Also provided big freezer to keep your food gifts. Rate depend on the occupancy. Inside the hotel there are few restaurant, lounge, tailor and Convenient Store. Hotel located next to main road, easy to find.

Comfy, clean, helpful staffs. Food somehow relatively moderate taste. It is super soccer wide hotel...

Actually I did not stay there, but was there attending a function. The ballroom was big and good but the position of toilet was not strategic. There is only one near phinisi 2 room, so it is really a long walk from phinisi 1 room (felt like it is more than 100 m)

Stayed 4 days. Everything was perfect. Restaurant service was court and attentive.
Reception need some work with theier hospitality perhaps they were too tired?idk need to put more sincerity in your service. Overall love the hotel and all facilities.

One of the best Hotel in Makassar. Main Hall is classy and many events held in this hotel. My favorite is their dishes for wedding ceremony. It's delicious and fit for my taste and family.

The hotel is absolutely beautiful. The location is central on a major road. Though central is still very quiet in the room as it's quite set back. The check-in was hassle free and quick. The reception staff were extremely polite as they are everywhere in Indonesia. The room was spectacularly clean. So was the toilet. The air conditioning was perfect. The bathroom was hygienic and well appointed. Good rain shower but no other fancy jets. There was no ironing board. Surprisingly the laundry charges were very reasonable for such a large hotel and it is large, really large. It's got the usual gym, swimming pool, spa, business centre shuns multiple restaurants including a rooftop one. The food is really yum.
I was attending a large conference in the same venue. Again the halls are large, comfortable and everything worked perfectly.

Upon high season, guest will find long queue on the escalator. I like the pool design complete with children playground and BBQ area. In the complex you can find entertainment and convenient store makes your stay more comfortable.

Use it's ifthar promotion package Rp.145.000,-/pax for gathering with friends and it worth every rupiah. The food was delicious and have enough variety for everyone, the dining area was spacious and all the staff were nice and eager to help. Keep up the good work!

The rooms are clean, soundproof, and also friendly staff. It's just that the lack of breakfast requires guests to go to the location directly, during a pandemic (Covid) this is not recommended and also the breakfast place is very crowded, those who bring children should stay in the room

One of the most comfortable hotela in Makassar. It's huge and luxurious. Located in the southern part of the city, it can be reaches easily from the airport and harbour. Its facilities and service are excellent.
I enjoy staying here very much.
Highly recommended place to stay.
