I come here because of my sister's wedding also there are many times i attend a gathering that happen here. so i only eat food and experience their ballroom.

Big hotel, spacious room, friendly staff.

The hotel has rooftop pool. The scenery from the pool was amazing especially when you visit during sunset. The room is clean and spacious. There are several local resto near the hotel. A worth to stay hotel with affordable price.

I'd stayed here for 2 nights in room 7009..i think the location is strategic enough, but if you want to stay near the beach this hotel not suits for you..the room is clean and i really like the pillow, really perfect for person like me who doesn't like firm pillow..i think room amenities not complete without hair dryer but you can ask to borrow the hair dryer, well for a 4 star hotel i think hair dryer is a must have in every room..breakfast ok..swimming pool ok and fitness centre ok..and their service is good, so yes i'll still recommend this hotel to everyone, keep up the good work Four Points but please do have hairdryer in your room😊

Overall experience was very good. The service, meals, and facilities. We did enjoye the pool most with the kids. The scenery from the pool was amazing with Makassar sunset. Definitely we'll be back again for a staycation or just for swimming.

I actually felt upset when someone (waitress) at lobby cafe forced me to go cause the place required me to order some :(. Tickle cause i am a guest who already checked out & waited a driver. Stay two nights in this hotel for business. Cozy and comfortable room. Strategic location with many local restaurants and street food vendors within walking distance. Amazing place to stay.

I have stayed at dozen of hotels in Makassar. This was on the top of the list of best stays/experiences ever. Staff was very hospitable and there for every need of mine. The amenities were great. The room was wonderful, clean and tidy. The meals are great, delicious.

It's a nice hotel. It has many halls that are used for various kinds of gatherings, like wedding party, university reunion, seminar or workshop, etc. The musholla is on the second floor and quite small actually. The food tastes good.

They have a lot of clean and neat rooms for events or wedding celebrations.

Easy wheelchair accessible in almost area, and lift to get to another floor.

Breakfast is decent. A lot of variety for foods, side menu is delicious, main course not so good. Good quality ingredients.

The room cozy specially the pillow very comfy... The minus from the hotel toilet in the meeting room area no one stand there to clean... When full capacity the toilet very dirty and gives smell bad 😞

One of the best hotels in Makassar. Health protocols are carried out properly such as hand sanitizers at several points, body temperature checks, partitions at the reception etc. All hotel employees are very friendly. The check-in process is fast and friendly. My request for a high floor room was fulfilled plus a city view. The hotel facilities are complete, a large parking area (outside and in the basement), a large and luxurious lobby, a super large and famous ballroom in Makassar, a gym, a swimming pool on the high floor, a restaurant, a bar, etc. Entering the room. The rooms are spacious, clean, big and soft mattresses, wide screen televisions, work desks, large windows. What I like about this hotel is the alertness and attention of the staff. They can fulfill all my request. My room had a problem with the electrical contactor so it made a noisy sound, I called the receptionist then the technician came. The second problem is that at night I just realized that in the room there was no light near the window (which is supposed to be there) so it made the room a bit dark, I called the receptionist again and they immediately brought a lamp to put in my room. The problem was resolved even though in the morning a new problem appeared where the electricity went out and turned on again (about 3 seconds in duration) and repeated every 30 minutes which made the contactor noisy again. I have raised this complaint to the receptionist.
Continue to the restaurant, the food is varied and all delicious, there is also Coto Makassar which is very yummy, you must try it! I also order in room dining, the presentation was good, delicious and arrived quickly.
Other facilities are a swimming pool, quite long and the view is amazing, you can see the beautiful sunset and sea. But I haven't had time to try swimming, just take pictures here hehe.
A little suggestion that the elevator to the basement parking should always be available and guarded by security so that hotel guests don't have to walk to the lobby every time they enter the room and so they can go directly from the room to the basement parking. Thanks to all hotel staff including receptionists, technicians, security, and others who made my stay here a memorable one.

Cool Place, the Room Is Good! Excellent! The service at the Reception is Cool! The Food is good, with so much selection! nice one! I like the Large and Clean Rooms, the Beds is good too!
