Hotel Aryaduta Palembang

I was quite lucky, they upgrade my reservation from Jr.Suite to President Suite. Surely a great first time experience in Palembang.

Yes, it's not a new hotel, but it's still comfortable and enjoyable hotel. The big size bed was not a two single beds merged together, like other normal new hotels, no discomfort line in the middle of the bed. The water pressure was strong, enjoyable shower. Friendly staffs.. And the last, they helped us for an early breakfast at 5 AM and the food was good. Thank you.

Old but comfy room. Breakfast is great and many options. They also provide indomie (freshly cooked) 😄

Hanya saja, must be ready dengan kepadatan occupancy hotel nya, because this hotels has a great function hall… so there always hectic during a function like wedding or graduations..

About the room, not much different.. sama seperti sblmnya blm banyak improve.. About food juga..

Dan hindari sarapan pagi di jam-jam sibuk lapar2nya… there will be difficult to find a seat and your table could be not clean enough…

Great strategic location hotel for business trip or staycation with family.

We stayed for a night in this hotel with connecting room.

Even though this hotel is quite old, but it’s very comfortable. The room is spacious and clean. The bed is very comfortable. Hot water working very well.

They provide complete facilities such as swimming pool, gym, jacuzzi, sauna room. But during my stay, both jacuzzi was under maintenance.

About the breakfast, they offers lot of menu variant. They even got indomie corner which is quite rare among similar class hotel. Their pastry corner need to be improve though. They only serve small amount of pastry and took quite long time to refill.

Parking space also very spacious since it’s connected to mall and hospital.

My feedback:
- Furniture need to be refreshed. It looks so old
- Key access for elevator need to be activated for privacy & security
- Telephone on room 919 not function well
- Both sink on the restaurant’s toilet is broken

I didnt stay here, just having meeting for a week.

The room so cold, clean, coffee break full of snack.

Good location, around of shopping center and can be reach by taxi, bus, or LRT

My visit to Palembang is to accompany my business partner who participated in the exhibition in this hotel. Luckily I can get this hotel for the occupancies of the hotel during the exhibition is fully booked by regular guests and the participants of the events.

The lobby is quite big and wide to fit a lot of guests and the crews look so busy handling the check-in and bringing all the stuff by big carts to the rooms. In the same area as the lobby, there're some shops and boutiques.

Yes, this hotel looks sturdy and big from the outside, especially at night a lot of light gives such a bright and shiny effect that seen from far away.
When I was in the lobby area the light looks dimmer and make this hotel looks quite old even though I have no idea how old this building is.

Experiencing the stay, the room is nice with a clean bathroom, nice decorations, and comfortable to sleep in. Fully facilities available for you if you want, to stay longer in this hotel.

In my second coming to this hotel, i just so amazed with this hotel services.
The Receptions is so warmly greet, and so on and so on. Cant describe it with words.
In the future, when I come to this town, I'll stay here for sure...

Great for swimming here. Good price, have hot and cold water pool after 4 pm the pump start running.

I stayed here for three nights during a business trip. The hotel strategically located in business centre. Everything is 15 minutes walking distance. The hotel is clean, staff friendly. The coffee is overpriced though, but no problem, lots cafes around the hotel. Breakfasts were superb.

Good place for vacation or just business trip in Palembang. Located near of 2 big Mall at Palembang, LRT, Stadion Sriwijaya, Hospital and street food will give you much experience to explore Palembang. I like stayed in here.

Nice high rise "business" hotel in the middle of the city. 🏨Always have A Great experience when stay on this place. Helpful staff, nice service and room. And the most important things are this hotel are inside the shopping mall ✅. 🅿 Car park area limited during weekend.

This hotel is strategic, we can reach 2 shopping mall nearby by foot. good service by the staff, cleanliness is guaranteed especially for the bathroom and room. Need some improvement for dishes, it's lil bit boring menu for me.
