Great location, near central LRT station that takes you all the way straight from the airport, and nearby Palembang's best empek empek restaurants. All some posh shopping malls nearby, and not too far from the famous Ampera bridge.

Was stayed here for a business trip and got a suite room, the room is very spacious, and the room has a separate living room with a gym bike, the bathroom was so spacious too, and it has a stunning bathtub, a separate shower and toilet

The view from the room was amazing, at night, we could see the city activities.

Overall is good, only minor thing to improve, the pool & gym will be better if it's larger and more outdoor space so those who smoking get truly separated area from kids in pool ;)

Great hotel to stay in Palembang. Good price when I booked it with My Santika apps. We stayed a couple of nights at room 1516. Clean room with comfortable beds. Good pressure of water, and good friendly service. Good place to park

According to booking this hotel is a 3 stars hotel. But i think this hotel deserve to be 5 stars hotel. The staffs were wonderful, helpful and friendly. The food during breakfast was exquisite. The location is the best. Clost to a lot of malls, city center and culinary spots.

Very accommodating staff. Breakfast buffet is very good and the best coffee we have ever had in a hotel. Clean and kept up for our stay. Elevators can be confusing with their touch system but we finally figured things out the day we left. Over all, a nice stay.

The food during lunch and dinner tasted immaculate. I gotta give props to the chef. They also maintain their room cleanliness. Overall, i enjoyed my visit in santika radial.

To Palembang for attending my friend's wedding, and he suggest to stay at Hotel Santika Radial. Got a nice room at the top floor, 16th floor, and have city view.
Various breakfast menu, maknyuss, love mie celor.
And you have to try Mie Celor 26 Ilir too, located exactly in front of this hotel.

Santika is one of the best established hotel network in Indonesia.. Not surprisingly, Santika Radial is a good hotel for short stay or longer.. Located strategically in center of Palembang and you can find many restaurant nearby, big supermarket, and also some food lover of Pempek. Need to improve for breakfast food selection. Overally, the service is excellent with friendly staff.

Strategic place. Reasonable price. Good room. Nice services. Just don't like with some peoples who cannot read some prohibition warning where they cannot smoke in the swimming pool area, but they still smoking in there!

Nice place to stay in Palembang. Good facility and service. Good menu variety for breakfast. Has good covid-19 protocol prochedures. Strategic place, many shopping centres around and located in downtown Palembang. One thing that could be improved is the parking space for cars.

Everything is absolutely comfortable. Located near mall, masjid, UMKM food stall and LRT to airport. The restaurant always play traditional palembang song and I love it.

Very nice view. You can see musi VI, musi IV and Ampera Bridge, other landscapes and etc. Near from mall's. Warm price for check in the room.

Very conveneient. Nice pool and gym for workout as the sidewalk is not safe to run due to traffic.

Opposite Hotel is Transmart where u can get your daily items and grocery . Nice cafes there too.

Further down 150m to the right near the roundabout is Palembang Icon , a new mall and more shops than transmart. The supermarket that sells alcohol !!!
