Excellent service. Best meeting rooms and meal taste so far out of many hotels in Palembang. The staff is very friendly and courteous.

One of the five star hotel in Palembang. Even though it's public space is quite limited but still comfortable enough to enjoy your stay.

Clean and neat room, various food for breakfast, acceptable rate. Really appreciate how excellently fast the waitresses clean the tables. Great job.
The only thing is, they put the toilet paper in an awkward position.
Overall, I had an enjoyable night staying there.

First d room... it's modern, warm lightning, big tv, nice bedding, mostly d pillows, one particularly large and one standard... it just so comfy n cozy, u literally don't want to get off d bed.
And I love d amenities, they actually give u small tube of pepsodent as d toothpaste...
The Hotel sandals is d sandals that u actually can put on to go out from d hotel... not those that are so thin, u just dont even walk on it in d room.
The Breakfast is great, lots n lots of tarditional local food such pempek, very varies...
The Lobby itself speaks luxury, and every staff is so nice n will definitely greet u when passing by.
I will definitely come again, very recommended. It's excellent just like d name...

The place quite strategic. But a bit noisy in the early morning. Overall the hotel room n bathroom are clean. And the hotel staff are friendly n helpfull

Almost perfect! Stayed for 2 nights and got perfect sleep here after had long roadtrip from West Sumatra. They have many variants food for breakfast, which is good. But please consider your wifi connection and tv cable, also soap and shampoo standing for shower.

I’m loving my stay so far. My room was a deluxe double room, both room and the service were so satisfying too. The room was clean and bright. The food was not bad, except maybe the pasta and ice cream, need some improvement.

A very good choice especially when you could get special rate. Super clean room, bed sheets, pillow, bathroom. The interior in the room also well maintained. Breakfast is also not bad.

New hotel at Demang rd. Pretty elegant and quite cozy room. Breakfast is average. Swimming pool area also can be used as Lounge.
