KSL City Mall

First time here. although it looks older than the city square more, it feels more down to earth kind of shopping. Needless to say, it has all your everyday needs. Many eateries around the area too. Definitely good for frequent visit.

The shopping mall looks a bit outdated however don’t be mislead because it’s still a great place to come and do shopping, there is lots of shops and plenty of spas. In fact I was very surprised to see so many massage places in one shopping mall, I think it’s mostly designed for tourists from Singapore😏 all I could see is hair salons next to each other and varies massage places on different levels and some of them are open till 2am! I noticed Food is very cheap at the lower level and cinema!!!

Compact Shopping Mall. Everything available under one roof. Quite long queue for bus F100 when i arrived at 4pm due to rain & delay.

We love to travel there and eat enjoying the good food there. And stay there KSL Resort & Hotel for a Night sometimes. Was just there for 1 night 11/12/2023. Nice view room.

Legoland is so fun that is as nice waterside in the waterpark is sides are not even scare

A great mix of tenants. Everything you want to get, to entertain, relax, etc are all here. The number of shops is quite baffling and they provide choices for anything you want to do or eat. The pushcarts seem to decrease in numbers but probably will pick up. Can never get bored. Price is also reasonable mostly. Just a word of cautious is that some tenants have multiple shops. So for certain services, prices will be higher but probably worth it as they must be quite good to opening a few branches in one store?

Literally one of the best places to visit if you are in JB. KSL City Mall has everything - and we do mean EVERYTHING. From salons to massage places, from restaurants to street food, from supermarkets to pharmacies. If you cannot find what you are looking for in KSL City Mall, then you are probably not going to find it anywhere else.

We make it a point to visit everytime we are in JB. The massive Lotus is great to shop for groceries at reasonable prices, and the huge number of salons and beauty parlours are great for a relaxing hour or two after shopping and travelling.

Wang Ji selling traditional Bak tut teh and other dishes. Highly recommend! Tried their signature tofu and dry Bak tut. Really nice!

Love the milky farm bubble tea shop located between the arcade and Wang Ji, their aloha drink is ice blended with red dragon fruit and mango Really nice!

One of the busiest mall I ever go, too crowded and full pack of people, this mall got a lot of salon. Toilet level toilet a heavily dirty haha.

We always frequent Ksl for manicure pedicure massage and hair salon services such as hair colouring and hair cut for both men and women. There is a good selection of food especially snacks like family mart, auntie Anne, Shih lin, and bakery shops. Always shop at their mr diy, daiso, and Watsons pharmacy too. Big stores and well equipped.

Very popular tourist attraction that first timers can go and visit. Got a hotel next door if want to consider stay overnight.

Always crowded.There is a popular night market beside the mall on Monday too.

My go to mall when going to JB. Often looking forward cus that's when I do the beauty services literally head to toe lol. Sometime when feel too rushing I even planned beforehand to stay at the ksl hotel few days so can do all the beauty stuff. Just a bit confuse with their storey LG and G etc. They have lots if exit n entrance as well. Always reasonable amount if crowd. Their supermarket is Lotus.

Not beauty related but my B.C pill are damn cheapppppp! Can buy over at counter somemore. Sg easily S$40 and up excluding consultation. Here is mere S$16 of the same thing

The mall has everything one needs to get pampered and fed. Lots of hair salons, nail salons and massage services housed in 1 huge mall. To save you precious time and avoid any disaster, I will advise you to do abit of homework before hitting the mall as you will be overwhelmed by the sheer number of operators here.
As for nourishing your soul and tummy, be prepared to leave your diet plans at home. It will be an uphill task for you to resist all the yummy and mouthwatering food located within the mall and outside the mall. The Asam laksa I had was quite good. Given the portion , I feel that it's a little pricey. The rojak is highly recommended. Doesnt taste like those we have on our little red dot. The prawn paste tasted different. Very rich and less salty as compared to our usual rojak. Definitely worth trying.
As for the IT geeks, you know what you can find here. Given the favourable exchange rate, all seem so cheap😉 so I say, shop till your heart contends. Unleash yourself and have a good time at KSL mall.

Vibrant and crowded after Covid. Lots of shops in massage hair styling and pedicure services on the upper levels. Handphone repairs and services are a big handful as well with many eateries inside and at the surrounding perimeter.
A very popular haunt for Singaporeans and Malaysians alike due to close proximity to the custom checkpoint.
Plus point is the upcoming Carton King is opening right next door to KSL next year which is tout as South East Asia first.

Big mall with about 4 levels and has everything you could probably need -- groceries, drugstore, apparel store, bazaar, cafes, restaurants, fast food, massage spots and salons, bake shops, hardware, thrift stores, etc.

The mall is connected to KSL Hotel & Resort so it was a nice stroll when we felt bored at the hotel.

Good place for massage , meni/pedi , hair saloons and handphone repair or accessories shops , supermarket is ok. Car wash/ polish at level 3 is ok . Carpark ramp to upper level carpark is narrow . Drive slowly
