Bought a dress today (pretty expensive) which I loved and I was planning to go back to buy a few more items. I wore the dress out this evening and with 10 minutes of wear, the lacing completely came away from the dress. I went back into the shop to ask for an exchange or for some money back on the dress and the women working completely refused to help me. I asked for the contact details of the owner/manager (who she said wasn’t working) and she again refused. So disappointed and also disheartened to read another review of the same situation happening.

Terrible, TERRIBLE service. Bought a skirt (for a lot of money, I might add) which apparently had stains on it and immidiately went back to the store. The ladies in the shop just shugged and said “no refunds”. I told them I wouldn’t accept that, but after some not helpfull suggestions, they even asked ME what we were going to do about it. Ansolutely refused to give back my money for a faulty product I bought 5 minutes ago. I tried to contact them on Instagram for a solution, but got ignored. I will never come here again, awfull attitude.
