Pantai Tanjung Aan

Beautiful and clean beach. Would definitely recommend coming here. We sat at Pink Swing with no price for chair, just drink or eat something. (With two people we spent 50k in total). The merchants get a little annoying sometimes but saying you already bought some yesterday works fine.

Pantai Tanjung Aan is a beautiful beach on the Indonesian island of Lombok, known for its clear waters, powdery white sand and stunning scenery. I was lucky enough to visit this beach during my stay in Lombok and was mesmerized by its beauty.

The beach bars have good food and great cocktails.
My recommendation is the beach bar called "Warung Turtle".

Beautiful place. Its need around 2 hours trip from mataram. This beach located in central area of south lombok tourist destination. So you can explore another beach just not to far from here.

Anyway this beach have soft white sand and clear water. Its safe for swimming. The warung price is reasonable too.

Its perfect place to chill.

Tanjung Aan is such a forgotten tourist destination. The road to get there hasn't been repaired for years. Broken asphalt is all the way from the main entrance near on progress developing mandalika special economic zone. Even there is no proper entrance. Fortunately, tanjung Aan still in my friend's memory. And google map shows the way that make the trip today.

What make the tanjung Aan special is the gravel. Its not sand, its a white round a millimeter gravel. Not sure where they come from. Mixed with white dead coral. Wonderful. A cliff also there to have a better view around the tanjung.

And then, the warung around the tanjung aan is not expensive, two coconut water for 30k rupiah. The people was humble and talk positively.

Parking is an easy thing here. Distance between parking spot and the water is no more than 300 meters.

Trees are around, so it will not that hot in the midday as long as you could stay under the shade of the trees. Kids usually have a nice moments to play here.

Beautiful, beautiful and beautiful. We went there to explore and have a look, and we were amazed by how blue the water was. It is a small paradise where not so many people are going, mainly surfing elsewhere. Go straight to a restaurant along the beach and ask for a free parking spot if you eat there, rent long chairs or even surf. A must if you stay in Kuta!

Pantai Aan or Tanjung Aan, is one of the top beach in Lombok Island. Visiting here is a must ! A very wide beach will calm waves and surrounded by hills. White sands makes it perfect to relax. Though it is quite distance from city, but i think that’s why it is beautiful 😘

Nice view... Beautiful beach with strong stream... There you will meet children who will offer their photoshoot services, just accept them cause you'll have yourself been photoed spectacularly, for they are so so creative...

Amazing long beach. With white sand and surf opportunities.

Beach is clean and with a lot of restaurants and Wartungs, to relex in a chair or drinking a beer at the bar.

Surf spot is quite out in the water. But you can catch some beutifyll long waves out here.

Just walk around here and explore this beautiful island!

I've always been a beach freak all of my life but I've never knew that Lombok has sooo many gorgeous beaches like this! I fell in love instantly at first sight at almost every beach I visited ☺ perfect gateway!

One of the nicest stretch of white sand beach I've been to! Turquoise waters and lots of beach bods ready here!

Come here for good food too, order French fries by the beach and rest in one of the beach huts for free!

Also available is ice cream.being sold on motorbikes along the beach with the classic ice cream..song!! Haha

Great place to go swimming or just have some fun with your friends in the water. Not too good for snorkeling thought but you can try.

Also recommend to take a boat to viist some famous rock from here. Beware people will try to sell you jewelry or scarfs as usual, so just be firm and say "No thank you"

It was simply stunning! White sand beach, beautiful view, even more from the hill, crystal turquoise water. Cannot ask for more from nature
When we approach the road by the beach, my friends thougt someone put green tarpaulin on the other side of the shade but it was not. They kept saying masha Allah, you are so lucky. Alhamdulillah.
My fav location is close to the little hill. Sit at the gazebo (berugag) to have young coconut. 15K each. Also because mushalla & toilet are near. They have swing too. Some times there will be kids who will help with picture taking. You can give them 5K for their service.
In this beach I saw people surf and swim. However be catious not to swim away from the beach if you are not so good at swiming. The currrent looks strong.
There is a warung near the toilet.
The lady who sell coconut also sell snack & drink
Please say no for seller who offer you their goods if you dont want to buy. Dont say latter because they will keep following you. Also as soon as you buy their other friend will come and urge you to buy from them as well.

White sandbeach with clear blueish colour. The beach is relative clean. You can also order some food like grill fish from local vendor

Surprisingly lovely beach, great spacious area with a lot of options to sit down and drink or grab a bite to eat. It was nice going out on a Sunday and seeing the local children having a swim and playing around. Beach doesn’t have too much rubbish. Great velvety sand to stroll across.

Very nice beach, perfect white and clean sand, nice water color. Road to the beach is terrible. Somebody should repair that. Also nice beach bars and warungs. And of course annoying guys selling useless stuff and t shirts.

Stunning scenery. If riding a scooter, be prepared for the bumpy road and wear a helmet after dark

nice lonely beach, the acces there kind of difficult because of the bad road (under construction) but its worth a whole!!

Nice beach, bike parking cost 10,000RP. You’ll be forever hassled by hawkers but if you pay them no mind then they’ll leave you alone. There’s a warung near the parking area which will bring out food and drink to you.

Beautiful quiet beach with surf for beginners. 100,000 rupiah for the boat ride out to the break, but it is possible to paddle out.
