MINIMART POINT MELATI

Just had an argument with a male staff from this Minimart today 1st of July. I go to this Minimart almost every day but how they treated me as their customer was so bad. So, I parked my car in the middle of the parking area because there were cars on the right ans left side so I had no other option but parking in the middle. I left the car not more than five minutes but then that male staff got so rude and angry because of my car parking there. He literally does not need to be rude and yell at the customer. I said I wanted to talk to the manager but he just disappeared. This staff does not deserve to have a chance to work in public sector. He would destroy the business for unpleasent attitude.

I'm very unsatisfied with my Mini Mart experience here and would rather give no star at all.

I asked and bought yesterday an adapter for a plug from Thailand in your store. The lady told me, it fits in on top of the adapter. Unfortunately it was not the case, because it's not staying inside, keeps coming out. So I wanted to change this today, because it's obviously not the one I asked for.
When I came to your store today, first one girl told me it's just possible in the first 24 hours. And when I advised her on my ticket, that is not even 24h ago, she told me it is not possible because there money is already counted before she started laughing about me with her other three colleagues. When I ask to speak to the owner of the stop she ignored me and another employee started to have a call. Which was obviously just private and had nothing to do with me. As I insisted and repeated my request, he wrote down a number with a name on the backside of a piece of paper. I asked him to call his boss, to solve this problem and that I'll not spend my credit for this. They all started laughing again and I took my ticket and wrong adapter and told them, that I'll contact with you, the headquarter.

It's not about that money, which they didn't want return me, it's about the really bad treatment and I'm not sure if this is really your company philosophy.
