The location of the hotel was great, the stuff was very kind and friendly, services, foods and drinks were perfect. Everywhere was perfectly clean and the hotel had a lot of good entertaining programs. I would choose this hotel again next time.

It was the second time in Ensana. And both times we were happy. Great staff, clean rooms and facilities, delicious food, reasonable balance money for value..

We stayed there with our dog the second time this year. Both times we had a suite for one week and we are very satisfied with this place. We used the pools every day. We are absolutely relaxed after our stay. The food is good and the service at the Restaurant is okay. Staff is very friendly and helpfull. The city is just 5 Minutes away (walking). We will be back in 2024!

Great wellnes, saunas and pools. Good choice of food for breakfast and dinner. Helpfull staff, except two old and nervous waiters. Clean and cosy rooms. Quiet place. Parking should be free for guests of hotel. Other than that, great experience.

Honestly, the hotel has a really good price performance and surprising attention to detail. I took the wellness stay with standard room and left satisfied with my choice. Were very happy to get room in the top 7th floor end of the hall so it wasn't noisy. Room was clean, spacious enough. Incredible that every room has a decent size balcony with a roll-blind! The blinds in the room were very good. The pools are good, the saunas too, appreciate the bathrobes and access to wellness and pools. The food was decent, except maybe a bit too salty, but that's same at just about every hotel these days.

We took the wellness stay with standard room and everything was great. Room was clean and spacious with a decent size balcony. The wellness, many indoor and outdoor pools and the saunas were all good. The hotel staff was very friendly. The food was good, and the breakfast was even better. Hotel offers two pools with the same thermal water as it is in the nearby lake.

A great hotel with fantastic service and delicious food. We came as a group and had a wonderful time. I love how clean they keep their spa area.

From my opinion everything was very good. The hotel is clean,you have everything what you need in it.The stuff is very kind,food is fresh and various.I am satisfied with all service.

I can say only YES for this hotel. Everything was absolutely perfect, from the beginning to the end. They asked before our arrival if we have any request(via whatsapp), so we asked to have our two rooms next each other. In reception they said, our rooms are next each other with the door between rooms, so nice. Thank you :-)

We got professional service, small gifts, great pools on our summer holiday. I recommend this hotel because you can get a lot for your money. We will return later because it is much better than other hotels we visited in the area.

Great facility, good food, clean rooms. The building is a bit retro and need a bit care. We didn't have any problem during our stay.

Great time spend in Ensana Thermal hotel. Big swimming pools, amazing spa where we had occasion to join hotel sauna seance - very good. Food was delicious, good wide offer. Staff very friendly. Hotel is close to Heviz lake, but have 2 pools with thermal water so no need to go to lake. Dogs accepted. Sure we will come again!

It is not our first visit to the hotel we were a few time with the aii family. We like the atmosphere of the hotel the feeling of real relaxation.The treatments and the beautiful swimming pools and the green 🌳.

We had a really nice experience visiting this hotel recently with my extended family. I have to say that the professionalism and friendliness of the staff was exceptional throughout the whole hotel. I think people should learn about hospitality from them. Rooms were comfortable with nice views and cosy balconies where you could dry your swim clothes easily. They have provided robes and towels for the spa services and the pools which were also really nice. We had the half board option booked and I was impressed with the quality of the food and the quantity of the selections.
The hotel also have a thermal pool which is connected to the lake so if you cannot swim this is a great alternative to still enjoy the benefits of the thermal water.

Hotel is great almost at all, but just one of the waiter in main restaurant, is ignorant, arogant, lazy man, who doesn't eaven take dirty fork from table, but whole time he chattered with his friends-guests. Advice: Manager at least should give him good manners lesson...

Best experience i ever had,friendly environment,friendly people and best water temperature for anyone and everyone.

We liked stay in this hotel a lot. There are four pools, two with thermal water (outside and inside), whirlpool, nice new saunas with relaxing zone, fitness center, possibility of massages and procedures. There are also lessons of morning gymnastics, stretching and aqua fitness with pleasant trainer, we enjoyed it, it was fine. Food was absolutely perfect and delicious, the staff was nice, we had half board. We would be glad to come back. The only thing we didn't like was a coffee from coffee machine during breakfast.

What a lovely place, on the expensive side but you get free breakfast and dinner (and amazing buffets), great vintage feel to the space (and the guests) and pretty good service throughout. We arrived quite late on our first night and they had left a lovely cheese board and some great bread in our room as our “cold” dinner which was much appreciated.
