Kolping Hotel Spa & Family Resort

A heaven for parents: good buffet food, lost of activities for kids, spa for adults, lake Heviz nearby. I would only suggest to service and expand the bikes for rent. They were old, seats not moving and gears not changing. Also, the rooms on top floor have lower ceiling, so taller people would bump into it.

Perfect for families. Great activities for kids, relax for parents. Clean, spacy, friendly. Ideal for relaxing holiday.

Great hotel for families. A lot of outside playgrounds for different aged kids. Indoor playgrounds, family pools - again for different aged kids family wellness and daycare included.

This place is a very good place to stay especially with kids. Service is excellent. Food is excellent too. It just expanded their services with a new fun park. It is about 2 hrs drive from Budapest. Not everyone speaks English it helps if you come with friends or family who speak Hungarian.

Simply stunning, everybody very attentive, extremely friendly, the place is amazing, the food great.
I'm very happy to spend some quality time here in Alsopahok. 😊

Hotel where you have all in one place. There are children gardens (outside and inside), aqualand, wellness. Very good and rich meals. Own coffee bar. Our daughter didnt want to go home 🙂

Grass and trees and flowers everywhere, it smelled amazing when I was there. Children's paradise: various playgrounds and pools ensure the fun time for the small ones.

Perfect place with kids and also for adults as childcare is also available :). The hotel is clean and all the details worked out very well. There are several playgrounds for children, all age, also the swimming facility is nice, clean and entertaining. I am strongly recommending the hotel for families and looking forward to get back soon. Thank you for the great hospitality, good to have such places available in Hungary!

Pro:
- The Hotel at itself is fantastic and new renovated.
- The whole Hotel area is wow-big!
- The food for breakfast and supper is very good (taste and quality).
- The childcare is professional, friendly and uncomplicated.
- The "doing options for kids" indoor as well as outside are great (recommend for kids until 10 years)
- The Spa area for parents is new, has a good-feel atmosphere und prices for massage and Co are fair.
- Staff is always friendly and helpful
- Ways to surround places like a restaurant, supermarket or the lake are close and good to reach by the own car

Cons:
- The prices for add-on stuff (like drinks or lunch) is sometimes higher as you wood mentioning.
- Half board does not include any drinks (min. water wood be fine)
- You will sometimes have some misunderstandings with the Staff when you will not speak Hungarian. But these are just details, nothing tragic

Conclusion:
All in one a very good stay here. We want to come again. Thanks to the whole Kolping Team!

Awesome place for both kids and grown ups. Pools and relax zones are great, food amazing, we have been here many times and keep coming back. Recommend highly!

We are taking our baby girl for baby swimming every Saturday (when we can make it). The facility is built to care for children on a best possible way. I could easily spend a week or two here. Highly recommended and the staff is always smiling and there to help.

It was our 5th time here. A bit off season, so things were pretty quiet. The kids did their usual rounds in the pool and the different playrooms and activities. We tested the new indoor playground...it was huge.

It's one of the best places in the country to go with a kid. Basically all ages from infant to teen. If there's any knock on the the place it's that it's kinda too much. Our kid couldn't really appreciate the moment because she was thinking of all the things she's NOT doing. They have vegan options for breakfast and dinner as well, so you can get by, but it's not the focus.

This is the perfect place with kids to relax, have fun, and eat. I don't know where to start to describe.

- everything is easy with little children, nice swimming pool for toddlers, playgrounds, and the best part, the sauna and relax room is just next to the swimming pools, so you can relax in quiet, and swap with your partner who was looking after the kids...thats what we did. Also there is an adult only place for longer relax. Every places are close to each other and easy to approach.
- the restaurant has a beautiful view, great fresh food, and it's again, perfect with kids.

I definitely recommend this place and we will go back again!

We have spent here our holidays 12 times and we already plan our next trip. Every time we arrive we find the kindest and most helpful staff and some new experience to discover. It is clearly a place for families where all the needs and wishes are fulfilled.

We had a super-duper fun time here (not so much rest 😅) with our 2yo and 3mo. We will definitely come back. Food is great, room is comfortable, the "big" had a great time, so 5 star in every aspect.

Stayed 3 nights with kids one of them 9 months old. This is our second visit. Both times we liked it so much. Rooms are awesome. Clean and designed for family with small children. They provided lots of equipment required for babies free of charge. Food at the restaurant is great. Lots of healthy and vegetarian choices. Food for babies is available all the time. Staff is well trained, friendly and professional everywhere. The landscape is well designed and someone is doing great job and showing excellent gardening skills. Internet is free of charge and coverage is pretty good. Spa and sauna areas are excellent with some spectaculars entertainment. Nothing to complain about. Thank you.

An amazing place for kids! Warm water in the pools, so many cool activities! Very accommodating for families with kids and babies. Supper clean, we loved it! Breakfast and Dinner are included in stay
and the spread is very nice for kids and adults. Good real food not just your average Mac and cheese for sure!
