Cafe Rocco Restaurant

Came here on a busy weekend, we were lucky enough to be seated right away, some groups had to wait for a free table. I definitely recommend getting a reservation to be on the safe side.
The staff is very professional, the waitress was kind and fast.
The food was amazing, serving sizes are massive. The portion-to-price ratio is great.
I definitely recommend this restaurant, but come with a reservation and an empty stomach.

Excellent food and very friendly and nice staff. The staff does not speak English very well, but they will manage it preaty good with your orders. :) Reservation is mandatory, because the restaurant is relatively small, but the interest for it is really big. The food is delicious, and the portions are generous. You must try "Vetrece leves cipoban" and "Rocco special"... definitely, don't skip this restaurant if you are visiting Mako. Sincere recommendation.

The food is extremely good. We had other dishes at the dinner and they were amazing. There is an employee here who speak Romanian. We will definitely come back to this place! :)

Great place, great food, great atmosphere. We recommend onion soup, it is local specialty and it is great, and everything else was tasty. You need a reservation, otherwise you won't be able to eat there.

beautiful interior in a rustic style. the food leans towards modern fast food more than traditional Hungarian cuisine, which in no way diminishes its taste and quality. fast service, pleasant staff. decent prices. warm recommendation

Very nice food and amazing coffee.
This is a small caffe/restaurant and everything is nice, so don’t expect incredible food like in big professional restaurants. But definitely amazing for a quick bite.
Staff is welcoming and respectful.

Best restaurant in Mako definitely, food has a great taste, everything we tried was very good and portions are hudge. Staff doesn't speek English almost at all but is very friendly and helpfull, I will always come back here when I am in Mako. Could not reccomend it more.

As english speaking customers we had no problem at all. Waitress spoke english and the menu also had English explanation of each meal. The atmosphere was rather romantic. The seating nook gives you bit of privacy. Food was delicious. Their chicken soup in bread is a Must-try!

Nice smiling waitress (and even english speaking), fast service and tasty food. You can pay by card or cash without any problems.

We ordered the onion soup as it seemed to be popular across the review section here.. and it was such a good decision! Absolutely delicious (we never had onion soup ever before). I totally recommend it 10/10. For main we had pork “Pork slices with garlic roasted potatoes” and it was delicious (huge portion, feeds 2) as well.
We will come again for sure

Our must-go-to restaurant every time we are passing by the hungarian boarder. The food ia tasty, the waiters are nice and the place is cozy.
We clean their plates everytime.That’s Why we never get to take a picture of the food:)

Great restaurant. I enjoyed the taste of meat and food in general. Meals are huge. I struggled to finish my portion. Staff and ambient was nice. They gave their best to make us enjoy our dinner. Preparation of food was fast. Beer was, also, great. I recommend this place and I will come here again as soon as possible.

We couldn't eat here yesterday, because we didn't have a reservation. So we made sure to get one today. And it was really worth it. Nice place, kind waitress, great food!!!
