I love cooking. No really, I love to cook and am pretty well trained in doing so. The olive oil here is rich, earthy, with a grassy taste and texture. Not for cooking, good for raw vegetables, dribbled over goat or sheep cheese, or eaten straight with bread. It's delicious and really adds several of the big four tastes (fat, sugar, bitter, salty) to your food. It's not cheap, some of them range upwards of 1.000 kuna per litre. I'm ok with that, as long as it's good (which it is). I bought 3x 100ml, 1x .75lt, along with pestos, olive spreads, and more. Awesome assortment of raw-edge olive wood bowls, boards, and utensils. The service was fast, helpful, and not overbearing like some shops. What a treat to find such great oils to take back home. It's good to note that the oils also come from a single source olive grove on a nearby island. You're eating a bit of culture in every dip or splash.

My partner and I went for the olive oil tasting a few metres away from the store and absolutely loved it. Ivana (who facilitated the tasting) was very knowledgeable and absolutely lovely. I definitely learned a few things about olive oil and had a wonderful time. Thank you.

高級クロアチア食品店。高めですが、パッケージや品質がしっかりしてます。旅程上ドブロブニク→スプリット→ザグレブと移動したのですが、ドブロブニクは3〜4店舗近距離にあったのに、スプリットは1店舗 ザグレブは0でした。空港にもありますが、少々割高なので、気になる商品があるならドブロブニクがオススメ。

オリーブオイルとトリュフ製品が購入できます。クロアチアでは珍しく、JCBカードも使える。
