Valamar Diamant Hotel & Residence

Very nice hotel located outside of Poreč. The hotel is big and has many amenities from the swimming pool up to the playhouse. The staff is nice and friendly. There are bungalows outside take hotel. There is also a field for playing sports. In front of the hotel there is a big parking lot.

Already second time within last year in Valamar hotel. Offer relates to price very much. Yes, it can get a bit busy in the summer during the season but that's Poreč. Available parking nearby, space for all. Nice pebble beaches, walkways through pine tree forests, small parks for kids and much more. Poreč area has a lot to offer so being in Valamar you have a great starting point. Clean and organized. Great food offer in hotel. Wheelchair accessible and friendly. Went here twice which is a compliment by itself. Thank you.

Long time since I made a review, and this is a perfect place to make a comeback. Incredible stay in Valamar Diamant Hotel. It was one of the best hotel experiences I had. The personnel, the food included (buffet) the amenities and everything made my stay exceptional. Would come back as much as I could. Highly recommend, you get what you pay for and more. Totally family friendly hotel with lots of activities for children from toddlers to adolescents. Amazing choice of food for breakfast and dinner. Location is nearby the beach and pedestrian zone to the center of town. Bar in the hotel offers amazing sort of drinks and staff is always available. All in all, place for leisure and pleasure for whole family.

This was a great stay, the staff was very friendly and inviting, rooms were cozy and comfortable. The toilets need a touch-up to get up to date because they seem dated but everything was very clean and tidy. The hotel had amazing food, lunch, and breakfast with one of the biggest amounts of options I have ever encountered.

Mrs. Dajana was was very friendly and the service very Professional.
Additionally the diversity of the food was awesome. A Lot of great vegetarian alternatives.

We have booked the hotel since we wanted to be in the Zelena laguna region due to the Ironman 70.3 event. Although the hotel was around 3 km for the actual event, it was very easy to get there. We have been used rented bikes or walking to get there. The pathways around the hotel and very nice and also friendly for kids with little scooters.
The hotel itself offers and variety of animations for the kids, good food and is very clean and maintaned. Also the staff was very helpful and polite. We have been very positively surprised also by the helpfulness of receptionist Davor who explained everything in and around the hotel. Also he helped us to rent the bikes.
We will surely come back!

The receptionist are very kind and patient. Love the food. The best party is the Maro family playground!

Apartments need refreshment, but still they are fully useful, clean and comfortable.

Kids club is amazing. Girls and boys who work there are friendly and kind.
Every night there was something different, movie night, dance night, clowns, experiments,...

Buffet at the hotel restaurant is fantastic.
Food is delicious, but first of all, girls (waitresses) are so nice and helpful!

The beach next to the Hotel is just fine. I am actually not a big fan of Croatian cost, I am more sand and palms person, but still, the beach is clean, there are showers everywhere, paragliding, paddle. Man need these gummy shoes to enter the water.

The hotel is very good, the rooms were renovated and cleaned up every day.
The food is amazing, plenty of choices, quality meal, prepared fresh.
They have a lot of activities for children, my son really enjoyed their gaming rooms, table tennis and tennis courts.
They keeped proper temperature in the indoor pool about 30 degrees Celsius.
Staff was very friendly.
Highly recommended for family with kids.

Great for a vacation, close to the coast. The city Poreč is just 20 minutes away. The staff was very friendly, the food is fresh and tastes good. I recommend it to families with small children, there are many activities for children of all ages. A free charger for electric cars and bicycles is another plus. I would also like the Spa and its staff.

Great place to stay with your family. We stayed in the apartments, which are right next to the hotel, and could use all the hotel's facilities. Half the ground floor is a huge children's playground for all ages. Indoor pool and wellness is also nice. The outdoor pool was a bit cold but that is expected for a September vacation. Sea was still warm and just a 10 minute walk from the hotel.

The ownly downside was that we had a bit of an ant problem in the apartments, but nothing unmnageable.

Will definitely visit again.

Our stay at the hotel was perfect! The rooms are clean, worth the price and the equipment was very good (AC, mini fridge, towels, balcony).
The staff is very very friendly and made our stay much better; they are very helpful and so caring, we loved it here!

The hotel is very nice, the rooms were a bit beat up, but whatever needed fixing was fixed very quickly. The food is amazing, on a very high level, very diverse and tasty, prepared fresh.
They also have a lot of activities and rooms for children of all ages, from small babies to bigger kids, and the rooms are beautifully arranged to keep the kids amused and make it fun for them to learn and explore.

The room is comfortable and clean. A special pleasure is the refrigerator in the room and the water dispenser located upstairs. The food is top class and healthy. A large selection from local producers. However, I did not like that you had to pay separately for the sauna.

Absolutely lovely hotel . The rooms were clean and spacious, we had inter-joining rooms as there were 4 of us , this was very handy. The lounge area was quiet and well decorated /lit. It was nice to not have a noisy bar, somewhere we could just go, to chill in the evening. The buffet was ok, not the best, food was limited if you were vegetarian/vegan , but the kitchen manager was very helpful and accomodating, as she offered to make extra dishes especially for us. Definitely going above and beyond. All the staff at the hotel from reception to the bar, and pool, were brilliant.

There was a short walk to the beach, but the WiFi signal still stretched all the way which was brilliant! However, you do get charged for the sun loungers at the beach, which I thought was out of line, but that's not down the hotel as I believe a different company owns that land. However, you'd have thought the Hotel would have a deal with them as it's a chain of 3 hotels all on the same stretch of beach.

We had a wonderful time. The hotel is old, but very clean and well maintained. Staff were friendly and helpful. There is a lot of activities for kids in the Maro club. And we really enjoyed the food in the hotel restaurant, which was excellent.

I don't seem to have anything to complain about. I come every year for business conference and the price for 3-day conference is normal, food is excellent and rooms are spacious. Poreč is only 1km away.

Nice experience. The fitness is really good, you got everything you need. Hotel is very nice equipped: lobby with live music, swimming pool, saunas, fitness, children playground, tennis. Dinner has large variety of food. Rooms are a little bit old but still ok. Staff very kind. Thank you!

Breakfast and dinner were both amazing, plenty of choices, quality meal. Facilities for the kids are top notch. The hotel is surrounded by very nice parks and beaches. Visited in January with the family, would definitely recommend.
