Beautiful location, amazing sea view and delicious food and live music. I had the perfect 10/10 day here. Very positive

Pretty good hotel actually. Spacious room, friendly, supportive staff, generous breakfast, attractive pricing. Has its own sea access.
It is a bit of a distance away from the city centre, but that's a nice walk on sea front + saw some shuttle wans (not sure how they operate tho)

Nice hotel at the beachfront and lovely greenery around it. The premium rooms are nice and big, with good beds and clean bathroom. The food for breakfast and dinner was delicious and various. The only downside were too many people waiting in line to get the food. If people waited in smaller separate lines, it would be quicker for everyone to get food in the top season. For lunch, the restaurant offers snacks and delicious meals if you want to order. The staff are friendly and helpful, they accommodated all our needs (extra pillows, inquiries etc). The indoor swimming pool was nice, but quite crowded during spring break, the indoor air temperature was 40. All in all, I would recommend this hotel for the proximity to the sea, suitability for kids and waking up next to wonderful views of the sea, lovely food and kind staff.

We selected premium room with a seaside view. It was just perfect ... Until we heard how much ATP Umag was loud at night. There was something wrong with the insulation on the windows, or something.
The staff was very understanding and they had arranged a new room (parkside view) within an hour. After that we slept like babies.
Everything else was perfect. The food was tasty, the staff was friendly and they loved to help (had some great conversations with the cleaning staff, staff at the bar and at the reception).
It was a great family vacation. We recommend! Thank you Hotel Umag Plava laguna!

The hotel was actually perfect. The atmosphere and the vibe were very nice. It's located near the sea with amazing views. Our room was clean and very comfortable. The staff were excellent and very friendly. Highly recommended.

The hotel is very close to the beach and offers many facilities like pool, sauna, massage, kids club or mini disco. I strongly recommend for families with kids but not only. There is a nice pool outside but also a small beach with sand. The food at the restaurant is very good.

I am a fussy Englishman,. And this place is brilliant. Great food, something for everybody, even you fluffy non meat eaters, best pizza i ever had here, made right in front of your eyes. Currency exchange on checkout, which is open 24h . Really nice rooms, clean and tidy, not old and tatty, staff all very nice and obliging. All in all a very strong 9.5 from 10.

Great stay over all!

I had delicious food and a great access to the ocean! Depending on the tides the water can be really clear or full of sea grass wich you only see when wearing scuba glasses. But the surface is always clean and you can see the Seabed a little bit

The view from the restaurant is breathtaking. Especially the sunset when it's a little bit cloudy!

You also have a spa inside the hotel wich is included in the price for the hotel room (at least for the superior rooms or garden suites).

The sea view rooms have to deal with live music that lasts until 10 pm wich is a slight downgrade to the room. But the driveway rooms are as good as the others.

Best vacation experiance in Istria. Friendly staff, good food, nice rooms with great view. Best coctails in town by Zoran & Lobby bar.

I would like to recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a clean comfortable vacation residence. A big shout out to one of the pool-services Mr Drajan for his great service!

We spent wonderful 12 days at Hotel Sol Umag and enjoyed a great holiday in every way. I think we'll be back next year. By the way, Thank you very much for the kind attention to my birthday, it pleased me.

Very beautiful and maintained part of coast near Umag. They have two totally different beach types... one is sandy and the other one from small rocks. Both of them have free showers and some drink and ice cream stalls. There is also a small market nearby in case you need to buy anything.

Nice hotel, kind personal, great food. Modern and clean rooms. Beautiful place near the beach.

I visited for the Sports Massage, which was exceptional and helped my issues so much, in just one session.
I recommend this massage absolutely. Delighted.

Great four-star hotel, modern, clean, with kind staff and excellent restaurant. The beach is literally 10 seconds walk from the hotel terrace. Trully recommend!

We don’t know anything about the rooms, because we stay ar our ship in the near marina aci. But what we know is, that the breakfast buffet ist excellent !

Clean and nice hotel with good food. Great wellness and massage services. Directly at the beach.

We enjoyed every minute, children loved the new pools!
