We came to this restaurant at least 6 times in a period of 2 weeks. The food that was recommended by owner Jule was great. The stuff was friendly and we always had a great time. You can definitely eat the best Cevapcici in Umag!! And seafood was also excellent! Must visit place for sure!

We had a pleasant experience with this restaurant. Nice Adriatic local restaurant, nice and helpful staff, home cooking and as a bonus we got a glass of homemade schnapps.
A large portion of food and a very good price.

The fish was excellent, fresh and tasty. The staff is very communicative and the service is very fast. They even gave us drinks and pancakes on the house :)

We spent 30 days in Umag, so we had a chance to eat in many restaurants, but this was the one we returned to most often. We tried several dishes, incl. fish, steaks, salads, but what really stood out was the grill. Oh boy, what a taste. My most favorite dish was Cevapi. We also enjoyed the atmosfere, the restaurant was full of locals and the service (the lady).

Fresh fish taste like heaven. Delicious House White wine. Don't miss this place!

I visited the restaurant this summer, it was suggested to me by a friend. I have zero regrets! Everybody who works there was so nice and welcoming! The food is absolutely delicious and it tested so fresh! Would recommend to anyone who likes good food!

I just got home from a family lunch at Gostionica Istra..Well, i m pretty sure that we don’t need eat again today as we are stuffed. The delicious and big sized portions are more than one can eat, yet you will try to because it’s a sin to leave something uneaten. The fish is undeniably fresh and well prepared, while the grilled meat meals that passed by our table made us want to come back again..and, because of the well mannered and always smiling staff, we will come again for sure.

Really tasty and local food. They have options to go , you can have a lazy day at the beach and pick your lunch later. The barbecue is absolutely fabulous.
