Lone Hotel by Maistra Collection

Fantastic hotel located in an ideal place with spacious and well appointed rooms and very professional staff.

The receptionist upon arrival asked, "do you have a reservation?", as if we are walking-in guests! Wrong way to greet guests. Very minor issue, but otherwise out stay was outstanding.

I specially appreciate the breakfast staff for their "service with a smile", the housekeeping staff for keeping the room meticulously clean and the valets for their prompt and courteous service.

The service in this hotel is really perfect. We received help in every our requests.
The breakfast is tasty and consists of different variants of cheese, eggs, vegetables, salted fish, fruits, and very tasty coffee.
The SPA zone is comfortable and clean.
This hotel is situated in a very green and beautiful area near the big park.
This hotel is one of the hotels of Maistra there, and it gives the possibility to visit restaurants of other hotels too.
Also, you can put your car in the garage in the hotel. It is an extra charge, but it is suitable.

This was a delightful hotel.
Very dog and family friendly, but if you don't like children or dogs don't be afraid; they were all well-behaved and avoidable if you don't like. But if you do have dogs they've got a dog washing station at the back entrance to get the sand off :) and a kid play area.
The rooms are large, very clean, bed comfortable, sheets and robes high quality, and the VIEW from the balcony is awesome. We had a forest + partial ocean view and waking up to this was like being on a cruise ship (in the best possible way).

They gave us complementary champagne for our anniversary.
Free parking--and they park your car for you and bring it to you, or you can pay to park it yourself (covered area).

The town is very walkable.

The breakfast buffet is one of the best we've ever had: includes non-dairy options, about 6 different eggs options including omelettes made to order, shakshuka, meats and fish, cereals, juices, yogurt drinks, smoothies, tea and coffee, champagne, pancakes and waffles, wide array of bread products and toppings, whole fruits including kiwi and sliced fruits.

Everything about this hotel is great. Generously spaced modern and well designed rooms, big breakfast buffet, good selection of restaurants and a large spa. Pet friendly.

Had a fantastic time in this fab hotel. Really enjoyed the breakfast and every day had a lovely server Selma that brought our drinks and remembered our preferences. Great attention to detail. Spa manager Dejan was superb professional who run the spa and staff in the wellness centre with full competency. Highly recommend this great facility and space in beautiful city of Rovinj. My deepest respect and gratitude.

Lone is a modern wonderfully located, extremely clean hotel with a great friendly staff that are there if you need them but do not crowd you. Huge thank you to Klara for keeping our room pristine and to Adriana for always having water around.
Our room was huge with beautiful bathroom and a giant balcony. Walk to the beach was 3 minutes and to old town 18 along a beautiful marina. We didn’t use a car whole week while staying in lone. And we loved it so much we are coming back next year!!! Easy relaxing holiday in hidden paradise.

For a five star hotel, the variety of vegetarian food is disappointing, both at the breakfast and in the hotel restaurant. The chairs in the bar at the hotel lobby are uncomfortable. Otherwise, a great hotel with top friendly staff.

I look forward to every trip to Rovinj and our stay at Lone. It is a pleasant experience and and opportunity to relax after a long drive. The spa is excellent, the ambience, lights, temperature is perfect. The only issue we had is that sometimes the sauna wasn't hot and the ice that was there the previous time we visited wasn't there. And it would have been nice if the spa worked till 10pm.The overall modern interior and the large amount of plants inside and outside of the hotel really makes it welcoming. The food offered by the breakfast is delicious. The beach and overall location is really pretty. I have been visiting this hotel since 2013 and to this day enjoy it.

The rooms were absolutely incredible. If you're on the first floor you get a infinity pool all around the hotel plus your private little pool. The showers are incredible. The staff are nice and you can ask them any question. The location is phenomenal. It's right next to the beach very close to the city center, a lot of walking areas around the hotel you can pretty much get anywhere on foot. The food inside of the hotel is amazing. You can choose anything you'd like to eat a bunch of desserts, and overall really good food.

Great hotel, kind staff, reasonable pricing. Multiple restaurants to chose from and activities. Personally, would prefer a bit warmer water in Spa.

I hadn’t heard of the Maistra brand of hotels before but I would definitely return. We stayed at the Lone hotel and ate or drank at all four of the Maistra hotels that were next to each other. We had excellent food and drinks in all (also, look at Croatia making really nice wines and keeping them all to themselves!), and our room at the Lone was lovely. The Maistra olive oil that we had with our bread in Oleanders was delicious, you really should sell it in the deli at the Primi Terrini in the Grand Park Hotel! The beachfront at the Lone and the Monte Mulini was a great place to watch the beautiful sunset. All staff were welcoming and polite. If I had any criticism, it would be that as there is no food or drinks service at the blue parasol beds between Mulini beach and the Lone beach, it’s not always tidied regularly if people leave glasses/bottles/food containers behind.
In all, Rovinj is beautiful, I would love to go back. Thank you!

We have been going to the hotel for years, the service and friendliness of the staff is still at a high level. In minor details in the hotel are showing that ih has been a while since opening. But hotel still deserves an excellent rating. The food is excellent, cleanliness at a high level. That's why we always like to go back.

Really beautiful and relaxing hotel. Everything is in a modern style, landscaping is beautiful and hotel is really peaceful. Rooms are very clean, comfortable and beautiful.
Stuff are really friendly, polite and they are always ready to help you with a smile ☺ Wellness area is beautiful with Zen music playing, you can also find free detoxing bavrages, and the most beautiful relaxing room that I've ever seen. Location, room, free parking area, wellness, food, rooms.. - everything is amazing. You will not regret if you stay here.

Just come back from a 10 day stay at the Lone. What an incredible hotel, incredible rooms, incredible food, fantastic location, the spa is insane, steam room, sauna, hydra pool, just about everything is fantastic. Surrounded by gorgeous trees and greenery, what's not to like. Staff are lovely too. What a gorgeous place to stay in beautiful Rovinj. Mimi xx

We spent a very nice weekend at Lone Hotel, and we felt very comfortable. The staff was extremely professional and unobtrusive, and on the other hand, they provided all the information and were available at all times. The food in the restaurant was extremely tasty and well prepared. The room is a special story, we were located on the 4th floor and from it there is a divine view of the greenery and the impeccably arranged park..... This was the fourth time we have chosen this hotel for a vacation and we will surely come back again.. .
