Beautiful island to relax on or attend a conference at. The rooms are mentained well, the staff is very accommodating and the spa is adequate.
The island has a nice walking route with plenty of places to relax or take a swim.

Very well mentined and clean rooms with a great sea view. You can enjoy a walk around this beautyful island. There is also a free ship that transports you to the city. This place has a nice gym and sauna that you can enjoy. The food is one of the best things in this hotel. It is absolutely delicios!

This hotel was very nice, you can get to the hotel by boat that goes every 1 hour from the city, it is free. The hotel is huge and beautiful. The rooms are clean and comfortable. And the food is probably the best thing there 😁. I definitely recommend going to this hotel

We had great holidays there with friends and family. Although there were many guests, the islands as well as the hotel itself were big enough that it never felt overcrowded there. The prices are quite fair and the rooms are minimalistic but good enough and clean.

Our highlights were the great variety of bars and restaurants with slightly different styles, the natural ambient in the small forrests and on the beaches and the very kind staff 👍

A good hotel with well-kept surroundings. It has indoor and outdoor pools, a wellness center, and a small fitness room. Organized beaches. They have a very good indoor playground - climbing frames, slide. There is also an outdoor playground for children, but it could be bigger. The rooms are neat and clean - minor repairs are needed. The food is good and the staff is very nice.

So we travelled with our 12 year old daughter, we stayed in many hotels around the europ but this hotel is exceptional! There are no words to describe how lovely this hotel is !to say that this hotel is amazing its a understatement! Staff are amazing , polite, smily and just lovely over all! I would like to mention Natalia, who was absolutely amazing , right person in the right place ! How nice was to comedown for breakfast to be greeted by Natalija with a lovely smile and a welcoming attitude!
We did a one day trip to Venice, so we missed one breakfast the next morning Natalja mentioned our absence , which only means that she really pays attention. We were relaxed and just enjoyed our stay in this fabulous hotel. We are working nearly 24/7 and when we are going on a holiday we like to relax and not stress . We appreciate good service when we get it . This hotel deserves extra star ! we wouldn't doubt one thing about this hotel! Location is fabulous...choice for dining I can describe as WOW! Staff amazing ( all staff including housekeeping, bar staff,waiting staff etc..)chefs also deserve extra mention here for all the lovely food that we were getting every day. It is very hard to please our teen , but she hasn't complained once! We actually booked this hotel again for next year. Can't wait to come back .

We went with TUI. The coach dropped us off at the side of the dock. You give your name into a Reception desk then wait for the blue ferry to arrive at 30 mins past the hour. You past your cases to the crew at a back door on the ferry then make your way up the gang plank. It is free so ignore signs showing prices.
At the other end, you go straight into the hotel and check in to Reception. In the meanwhile the hotel staff take the suitcases from the ferry and leave them in reception for you to take to your room.
The rooms are so small but adequate. The bathroom is dated with a shower over a bath. The hairdryer is old but workable. The air-conditioning is good.
The beds and large pillow are comfortable enough. The balcony is small but suffice for 2 people. There is a mini bar which is filled with items to pay for. There is no iron. There is tea and coffee sachets and then you pay for refills. There are toiletries in the bathroom, i persume that they replace them but took my own anyway. The sea view is spectacular. The Island is beautiful. Walking around both is approximately 5000 steps. The fresh air is amazing, it is a fusion of clean sea air meets pine trees. We did aqua aerobics in the sea water pool everyday, it was only cold as you got in. There was ample sun loungers with a few people reserving them. The sea is warm and safe to swim in. The animation team was more geared up towards the kids which was fine by us. There was not much in regards to entertainment apart from some singers in the outside bar. All the waiters in the bars and staff in the hotel are pleasant and helpful, we couldn't fault them.
The food at breakfast and evening meal were buffets with plenty of choice and places to sit. I just wish that they had a smoking section. Being a non smoker, I wanted to enjoy my meal in the fresh air but then someone would decide to have a smoke after their meal, which they are entitled to do but it would have been good to have smoking/ non smoking areas.
Would I recommend it? Yes definitely.

The hotel is lovely, the staff are friendly & they are more than helpful. The room was really clean & cleaned on a daily basis however, it was basic.

We will definitely be coming back to the hotel next year, without a doubt. We have had a lovely, relaxing holiday. The view from ourbalcony was amazing.

Clean hotel, nice staff, beaches surrounded by trees - plenty of shade, clean sea, great kitchen, sunbeds, umbrellas, sofas - everything available, rental of kayaks, bordos...

Friendly and quick reception at the Delphin Dock. The parking place is included and very good to reach with a shuttle service that's realy good organized. Fast and competent check-in at the reception. All employees are very friendly. Problems are solved very quickly. E.g. missing WiFi router in our room. Everything was very clean, the rooms were cleaned thoroughly all the time. In the restaurant everything was great from reception to service. It was refilled very quickly and there really was something for everyone. We have stayed at the hotel 3 times and will be very happy to come back. Thanks very much!

Like a paradise island so so pretty relaxing enty to do. Ferry every hour to Rovinj the old town which is so old and beautiful.

one of the best holidays we have had. The hotel location is fantastic and the town of Rovinj is so beautiful and clean. All the staff at the hotel we had dealing with were charming and could not do enough for you. We stopped for 10 days and the varied buffet style evening menu was super, something different available every day. The free hourly ferry from the island to Rovinj, was a bonus. We even got to see some dolphins in the bay.

Everything about our stay was perfect. We enjoyed it so much, we have rebooked again for next year

The hotel is a great place to have a perfect holiday. The location, the whole staff, the services are very good, so I would come with joy again.

Been to this hotel twice now. We actually got married here. We went half board - breakfast and dinner were excellent quality - didn't feel like leftovers 😊 the rooms were lovely, very clean, comfortable and we were surprised by the space. The photographs online made the rooms appear small but actually there's plenty of space. I would highly recommend spending the money for a sea view room. The spa was fantastic and in August 2018 was free entry and to use facilities you were only paying for treatments. There is plenty to do on the island and with free transfers back and forth between island and mainland its great if you want to spend all day on the water. Transfers were reliable but predictably weather dependent. Reasonably priced drinks and snacks on the island but cheaper on the mainland - loved the pizza there though! Pool was big and never struggled to find a bed. Just a great all round holiday. Staff couldn't do enough to help.

We had a perfect stay notwithstanding that the hotel has some minor issues. The stuff on the mainland check-in could be nicer. Once you dealt with them the approaching of the island is well organised. The stuff in the hotel is kind and helpful.

The room size for three is just enough. Big closets devour all your things. The room finishes getting aged, but still ok. The air condition is very noisy - like a washing machine. Otherwise the rooms are quiet on the 3rd floor.

Sounds like lot of things to complain, but that's all. There are much more pros than cons:

Easy access to various type of beaches and pools with free accessories (for hotel guests). Lot of activities for kids and adults. We highly appreciate the children programmes and animations. The area of the island is clean, well-kept. Perfect for walks in the sunset.

The breakfast and the dinner are absolutely fine if you don't expect a Michelin star dinner.
