We had the pleasure to visit this restaurant twice, and we chose both fish and meat dishes. The quality of the food is excellent and the welcome is warm. The service is up to the location. I highly recommend this place for food lovers!

We were walking along at around 9pm and popped on for a drink! We saw the menu and were treated y the lady who served us (she is the wife of the chef, I think they co own the restaurant). We browsed the menu and were offered off menu options aswell and ordered the steak and meat platter these tasted incredible, good high quality meat sourced locally cooked to absolute perfection, best meal we have had in Croatia and for a while before we came here. A big thank you to the lady that gave us such friendly service and the chef for an amazing meal, Michelin Star worthy for food and service,Thank You so much,one of the highlights of our time in Croatia, will never be forgotten. We are hoping to have another meal here before we leave for home.

All the food was amazing. We started with the angler carpaccio (half eaten in the picture, it came with about 15 pieces) and the waiter brought 2 types of olive oil to go with that were made here in Croatia. I had the special of black gnocchi with shrimp and a honey foam on top (the portion size looks small, but that’s just because the plate was big. It was actually very filling) and we also ordered the salmon filet; both were very delicious. Cocktails were great too. All the staff is very friendly and efficient, even on a very busy night, but our waiter Luka was the best! Great experience overall (:

I dined here twice in late June- early July 2021. I came here just for the black risotto. I was not disappointed. They say it's the best in town and I agree. I also tried their Pavlova dessert. It was very original.

For the white tablecloth restaurant, it's not outrageously expensive. They charge a couvert (7 kunas), but you can ask them to wave it as you order. You would not receive fancy olive oil and ground pepper. However, you would still receive as much of their complimentary fish pate as you want.

Words can't describe pleasant atmosphere, hospitality and professionalism of all the staff - from host to waiters. Real gem in Old Town, that could go hand in hand with World's classiest dining establishments. It is a must visit when in Makarska.

One of the best restaurants that i was been in Makarska Riviera, choice of fresh fish is amazing, the seafood starters are very tasty and diferent, all this great food combined with a recomended white wine and nice Dalmatian ambient result in an unforgettable dinner! Be ready to pay high price for all this experience enjoy! 100% recomended

The food was incredible and we loved the atmosphere! This is not the type of place that will rush you off the table, it more of an enjoy the experience and take time between courses. I wish I had dressed up a little more, but that's on us. Would definitely recommend!

From the entrance to the door where they immediately called us by our surnames to the smiles of hospitality that were shown. The service was impeccable. The waiters were absolutely top notch quality. We ate a split sea food/meat meal. Steak Riva is absolutely tasty. Seafood was flavorful and exciting. The dish presentation from entrées to the main meal was up to level according to their prices. After visiting various restaurants with my fiancee this summer this one was a beautiful closure to this years season. 10/5 Highly recommend to anyone visiting Makarska. This restaurant is a gem. And this is coming from a Croatian local!

So, the tuna stake was the Best get. The waiter said that they bring fresh tuna every night at minight so it must be always fresh. Extra cool service and good maners from the staff. It is a little pricy but, woth it.

The service was really fast, the servers were nice. Our food came in 20 minutes :)

Really amazing food and service. Especially the Lamb confit and Pavlova are last-meal worthy.
