Located in the harbour. Easy to find. Great meals from daily menu for 10€ (11€ for the fish). Best time to visit is between 11 and 13 if you wish to eat from the daily menu. By 14h everything is sold out. We tried drobcic (lamb stomach and intestines), beef stroganoff and a mullet. Everything was very tasty and we were full

Meat was so nice cooked, that this is a now our fav place in this neighborhood.
Also, take attention that potatoes are not from metro, which means they cook all here. Food is delicious.
and desserts make me to break my diet.

First time here and we had fish plate 1kg for 2 persons . So so good. A bit over average prices 😍

One of the best restaurants I've ever eaten. The food was alluring. Lobster soup was exceptionally tasty. Thanks to Mario for the good hospitality. Bura serves affordable mouth watering food in Makarska. A must visit restaurant.

We came for dinner as a local friend recommended the restaurant and they did not disappoint. Chicken schnitzel was tender as were the veal medallions. Highly recommend!

The restaurant is located in the Makarska 's harbor and the view is spectacular: boats, palm trees and mountains in a single image. We went on a Tuesday evening at 19:30 and we were able to find a table without a reservation but after a half an hour it got really crowded so it's best to make a reservation first. The staff was not the kindest but I'm giving 5 stars for the food which was amazing. We had deep fried squid, fish pate, tagliatelle with salmon and shrimps and pasta with sea food. It was a nice culinary experience and I definitely recommend it.

We ate here twice! Very recommend, very tasty, acceptable prices, big portions and friendly staff! We took Cordon bleu, deep fried calamari and home made desert! Very tasty

Amazing view and that was the first choice to visit. After arrival food was served within 15 mins and food was simply excellent. Affordable pricing, fresh and delicious food and overall awesome experience

It was an amazing experience. The food -as it has been said before- is tasty and perfectly cooked. Although there are some reviews about the rude attitude of the waiters, for us was absolutely perfect. The waiter was friendly and attentive that he even suggested us a good local wine and some variety of food as recommendation from the house. If you're into a diversity of seafood, you may go for the fish plate.

Prices are a bit higher but the place looks great ,it is just near the docs, the food was great.Even if it was crowded,you didn't have to wait for the food longer than expected. I would recommend this place.

We came with a group of 11 and the staff was very helpful in arranging the tables so we could sit together. Food was delicious, they serve very large portions. Had to wait a bit until we could pay, but restaurant was busy. Do recommend

Loved this restaurant. It is perfectly located in the marina with views over the riva. We had the fish plate for two persons which comes with 2 breams, 2 pieces of tuna, 2 big adriatic squids and 2 prawns plus roasted, boiled potato and swiss chard. The whole thing costs 65 euros and it is very much worth it since 3 people can enjoy this instead of two. We also had prawn cream soup and vegetable soup as a starter, exquisite! will certainly visit again. I must also say that the service was very friendly and that as opposed to some local restaurants they do accept credit cards.

We were there for dinner and lunch too. It is simply the best restaurant in Makarska. Delicious food, quality service and perfect location. I recommend this restaurant to everyone who wants to get away from the crowds in the center of town and enjoy the best seafood available in the area.

Just excellent. I go here every year and it is always TOP. They keep highest level all the time. Best in town, best at least 100 km arround.

This was our third time in Bura. We had lunch and ordered from the daily offer. It was very good. Even my kids ate their meal and said it was delicious (they have bad appetite, except for 🍫) It is located in the marina with a great view. We will come back for sure.

Fantastic view over the harbor and good food for reasonable price..many plates around 80 kuna..ordered lobster soup and grilled squids..service was a bit slow though

Excellent Octopus salad starter and a really good peppered steak for main course. Steak was well cooked and very tender.

Great food, but I suggest picking from the "daily manu" written by hand on the small paper you get with the menu. It's usually the best food they have - domestic, authentic food and the best things are sold out pretty quickly. If you are in Makarska and looking for something more then pizza, wiener schnitzel or lasagna, visit Bura.
