We have been there twice this week and both of the times were amazing.
The food was delicious, they definitely can cook a tasty steak, it was a perfect medium rare.
The service was very friendly. The servant explained everything very well and all his suggestions very on point.
It’s also important to mention that meat as well as fish are fresh there.
The interior at this restaurant is very lovely too (see the pictures).

Restaurant without menu. They have daily catch and will cook it for you. Service is a bit slow, but it is authentic Croatian cuisine, and served in very pretty dishes! Food is nice, chickpea and squid stew was good, shark fillet was excellent. And take your time and ask about prices and preparation time and everything will be well. For 2 people we paid under 35€

Ok, this restaurant works a little different. There is no menu. There is only a „shopping window“ with the catch of the day. You can go there with the service, and he will tell you what fish is available and costs per kilo. If you ask, the service will take time and explain. Every fish comes with potatoes and vegetables.
We were afraid to pay a lot, because of the other reviews. But we had a amazing plate for 2 people for ~50€, incl wine.

Excellent fresh fish and food. House wine Posip wonderful. The service was excellent too. Waiter was very helpful and kind Perfect location. Hidden from the summer heat! Do visit you will not regret! 😍

Menü varies depending on fish catch so it's always fresh fish served. Fully recommended, service and the staff was amazing.

Visited several times, two years in the row. Very good local kitchen & friendly service. Always catch of the day is available. Will be grilled properly. Awesome anchovies (home made), good wine list (local wine is reasonable good). Reservation is required. Outside tables are limited to 4 persons.

Unique place without menu with delicious local cuisine. Good fresh fish and meat. Recommended to reserve a table earlier because in the evening it’s hard to find a place. Best place to eat in Makarska.

We ended up eating here twice during our 5 night stay in Makarska. Great food and service. The ambience is really nice on a beautiful pedestrian street in town.

I definitely recommend picking some fish made to order. You pay by weight of the fish you choose and it comes with vegetables and fried potatoes. Everything was absolutely delicious. Appetizers were great as well - I loved the octopus salad and the rice salad with melon and shrimp. It’s no-fuss, good food. I highly recommend eating here!

EPIC Croatian food, which is prepared to the highest standards of love and quality. We yri d 6 man courses and each one was excellent and than some. From veal steak to tuna steak that. Calamari and grilled vegetables everythibg was excellent. Generous portions, value priced with epic quality and super service.

Fast service with a a smile, meats prepared just right and seafood that is fresh and tasty will make sure that we will visit this place again.

High value over price dining option in the neighborhood. The menu changes daily based on the fresh ingredients purchased the day.
The staff is nice and helpful. We ordered 3 courses - turkey, pork and pea stew all were yum. The bread served before main dishes were chewy, moisture and tasted great.

The fish was freshly caught and we got to choose our own. Homemade beef soup was amazing.
Staff were polite and very helpful with good suggestions.

Best restaurant in Makarska! Amazing food, fresh fish and big portions. Menu of the day is always delicious and fresh surprise. They have just perfect recepies and excellent stuff. Location on small and cozy street with amazing atmosphere. Just love this place, definitely will come back!

We went there quite late in the evening and everything on the terrace was booked. We were sited inside and it still was nice there. Their great selection of fresh fish is simply visible from the storefront, so we just picked one for sharing.
Really good service and reasonable pricing. Will come back again with a prior reservation on the terrace!
