Tasty food at reasonable prices, given the tourist location. The family incl. all kids have been happy and the staff is friendly, forthcoming and fluent in many languages. Can be recommended for lunch.

Delicious, get the pljukanci with shrimp and truffles! Friendly, multilingual staff, great location. A lovely spot for a leisurely lunch. Hvala/Grazie!

We had a great time and a really delicious dinner. The restaurant is located in a nice little street, if you can we’d recommend to sit outside! An extra plus is that the menu contains the allergies information as well!

We were headed to somewhere else for dinner, but it was getting late in the evening and their kitchen was closed. So we turned up at L'insolito having done no research. They were happy to seat us, 30 minutes before closing.
The staff were really friendly and the food was amazing. My hirlfriend had the homemad Gnocci with truffle, and it was the best gnocci, I have ever tasted. The bruschetta witch anchovies was just anchovies on toasted bread, which dodnt look vey appetising, so they took them away and added chopped tomatoes, then it was amazing.
Can say enough good about the food or the staff, would give it 6 stars if I could.

Quality food and service

Everything was excellent - the service, food, wine, the price and the portions! I had the Pljukanci s tartufima and it was out of this world! A perfect blend of pasta, prosciutto, truffles and parmesan.

Nice cosy decor indoors, perfect for a meal with friends or a partner.

Lovely atmosphere off the main street. Reasonably priced. Plenty of vegetarian options. Loved the truffle pasta.

The very first restaurant we entered after arriving in Porec - a lot of customers is always a good sign. And we were not disappointed! Amazingly delicious and hearty food, great atmosphere on the terrace, the waiter was very kind and humble. The five stars are well deserved, we will choose them again next year!

Best mussels I've ever had the pleasure of eating. Such a lovely place, far enough away from the picture food restaurants on the main drag. Staff were brilliant and perfect for Al fresco dining.

After some horrifying bad meals we found this gem hidden away.
No annoying waiters that want to push you in, a nice quiet location with some chill people running the show.
The food was excellent and so was the presentation.
The lady who helped us knew her trade and was speaking good English we also overheard her talking Italian so hats off for her.
Don't pass by the chance to eat here!

Cool restaurant in the city center. Went there twice. Both times had a great meal. The prices are reasonable especially for the city center. They offer a variety of meals on their menu. I tried their pasta and salads. Both of them were exquisite. I will be visiting it again.
