"Kuzina" grill & pizza

We were looking for a good restaurant, not fancy, far away from the old town and we found this. A waiter recommended to order calamari because they are local. It was delicious! Next day we had for lunch mix of meat with French fries and ajvar sauce. It was a big portion and it tasted great! The restaurant had friendly staff. We were waiting for our meals cca 15 minutes. They accept cards or cash.

Visited four times during our stay in Zadar. It is the best restaurant in the area by far. The service in our first visit was not friendly, perhaps because it was 15:00 but we decided to give it another chance as the food was good and surprisingly the dinner service have been great and very friendly! Everything we tried is good but exceptional was the pizza Tartufata, I think is the best pizza flavour I have ever eaten! Also got hooked by the chilli oil! Totally recommended!

Super nice place, with great atmosphere, delicious food. Prices are in line with quality and size od dishes. I highly recommend this restaurant!

We didn't have reservation but they made great effort to find us a table. Service was good. Food was delicious. Lots of locals and that was good indication. We ordered octopus salad, grill squid and their local kebab.

Absolutely loved it! Good range of food and drinks for everyone. It is very busy place so might have to wait a bit for the table. The staff members are very friendly too. Always love a full grilled fish every time come to Croatia 😊 really made my night!

Very tasty, delicious dishes, beautiful place, nice service. Not far from Kolovare Beach. We ordered Gnocchi with truffles (€12) and Risotto with shrimps (various types) and zucchini (€13.5). Prices appropriate to the portions and quality 😄

We went to Kuzina on a couple of occasions whilst on holiday in Zadar during August, which is located close to the Hotel Kolovare. This is certainly a busy, fast paced restaurant, with prompt service, good food and great value. The pictures include Risotto with Prawns and Zucchini, Breaded Chicken Schnitzel and Grilled Fish. Therefore, I would certainly recommend. One additional point if you are going in a group, more than two, I would advise booking ahead.

Such a nice and cozy terrace not so far from the beach Kolovare. We had a fish plate for two and its a lot of food on the plate :) we couldnt finish it :) staff is friendly, helpful and warm. Highly recommend!

Very tasty pizza, i recommend to everyone. Dough IS very thin and tomato sauce under cheese is tasty with right herbs.

The staff was very nice, coming every 3 minutes to make sure everything was okey.

They even had Krusovice, czech beer, top. Plus many other options.

And best, if you go to the center of Zadar, you will pay around 30% more for the same or even worse food.

Nice place, with garden space. We ordered pizza and a meat platter, it was very tasty. It was quite busy, so it was worth booking a table.

Hands down the best fish platter we had in Croatia and we had about 10+. The squid was as big as your hands, the waiter super friendly, the fish cooked to perfection, a mountain of spinach and potatoes, gigantic shrimps and a tuna steak to actually die for! Just wow!

Honest well cooked and tasty food. First meal in Croatia and ticked all the boxes. Local sausages and grilled bass washed down with draught local beers.

Food is great! We ate seafood, fish, steak and pizza and all was excellent. It's not cheap but definately worth the price.
If you are staying in this area, you absolutely must have dinner or lunch in Kuzina. It's totally worth it.

The two of us had dinner there yesterday (salad). It was cozy, the service was super friendly and the food was very, very tasty. The price was OK. Restaurant and toilet very well maintained and clean. The dessert was delicious. We recommend the restaurant and would go there again at any time..

Very nice płace. Service is really nice and fast. Food it’s great. We order meat platter and fish platter... were so big. I strongly recommend this place.

Went here multiple times on a mid-term break trip to Zadar back in 2015. Just looked it up; the place still exists.

All pizza I eat I compare to the pizza I ate here back then.

The right ingredients, the right procedure, the right proportions, and above all: no faff about it all.

The staff was kind. There is a huge offer of pizza and pasta. The prices are reasonable. We were there twice during our vacation and the meal was always delicious. The restaurant is situated nearby Kolovare beach.
