Loved the food. Lots of yummy homemade pasta with seafood. Especially liked the spaghetti with prawns app, lobster pasta, and seafood pot (which you can get for one if you ask!). Service was solid and food arrived promptly, even though was peak time. Good views - you can sit outside and have the ocean in your sights!

Went here for dinner about 7.30 pm. There were only two other guests that I found a bit strange. The food is excellent and I'd say that they are a little better than Bruschetta in my mind. Despite the name, the cuisine is supposed to be (traditional with modern touch) Dalmatian/Mediterranean.
Maybe we were fortunate that there were few guests in the restaurant and we got very good service during dinner. Attentative, kind and did know wellabout the meny.The staff even wore gloves when they changed cuttlerie and brought the wine glasses! Wow!
We ordered fish (sea bass?) carpaccio with capers and lemon juice. The dish is quite simple but the fish was very fresh and the combination of fresh lemon juice and local olive oil made a good balance with the salty capers. The rump steak with carrot and spinach cream was juicy and tender. I asked for a medium rare and got it perfectly grilled steak. Didn't get the taste combination with steak and the cream though. And clams with garlic cooked in white wine. A minor detail was that the clams were in some places little too salty. But it was well cooked anyway. The local red and white wines that was suggested by the waiter was also a good choice. The restaurant even provided a small amuse bouche with diced fresh cuttlefish on a bisque and radicchio. It was OK but not that special. The food was excellent despite the minor error.
I'd say the food were well prepared and cooked at Bon Appetite. And service was very good too. The ambition is high and if they keep this standard, it's only a matter if time they get a Michelin star. In all, this was the best meal I had in Zadar so far. I'd say 4.5 stars but the excellent service tonight, 5 stars seems right and appropriate. I will go back before leaving Zadar and definately recommend every one Bon Appetite while staying in Zadar!
PS. Went here for lunch before leaving Zadar. The food is excellent and well prepared. And the standard is very high. One thing negative I am pointing out is that the seasoning tend to be too little salt. They could use a bit more just to get it in level with the quality of the food they cook here. It's a well deserved five a star.

What a lovely place. One of the food highlights in Zadar. You sit in front of sea 🌊 amazing view in a garden style environment and enjoy a great seafood pasta. Try the homemade spaghetti with scampi. 👍🏽

Super good service, beautiful view and relaxing atmosphere. Prices are very good compared to other restaurants in town. The lobster and the seafood pasta was the best food I tried in my 5 days of trip in Croatia.

Service and food was very good. Perfect view of the sunset from the terrace. Prices are on the higher end, obviously, but I would say justifiable. We'll come back.

Overall this is a great restaurant, excellent food which was prepared quickly and delivered to us, very polite staff who speak various different languages and beautiful sunset to complete whole experience!

Beautiful view, beautiful food! Wonder why it's not as popular as some of the others more expensive but similar experience restaurants. Definitely a must go for a meal with a view ❤

The best food in our trip. Pasta and duck was amazing. The atmosphere is relaxing with beautiful view to the sea. Prices are great for the quality you get and even cheaper then in other restaurants. Came two times and both times was great experience

Bon appetit has great food for a really good price (in line with local prices). I had the seafood stew with pasta and I can't wait to go back to Zadar to have it again!! Strongly recommended.

Such an amazing place. The prices are totally reasonable, the food is incredible, and the service is completely excellent.

Great food with a very nice price, you can get two dish dinner/supper for 100 Kuna. Quality of it was without any objections. For me it was Great. All of it in the really nice surroundings, of old town in Zadar and by the waterfront.

Absolutely beautiful food. The pasta starters were big enough to be mains! We had the seafood pot and lamb for mains and both were absolutely lovely. The best thing was their bread - marbled with cuttlefish ink (I think that’s what our server said) - out of this world good. Don’t worry, it doesn’t taste fishy! Prices were quite high but not much more than anywhere else in the area.

Hands down, one of the best restaurants I've been to. I had the seafood platter to start and the beef medallions for mains and I couldn't fault it one bit. I also had one of the locally made white wine which was delicious. My favourite was the cuttlefish ink bread that was served with the meal, something I'd not seen before and tasted great. The service was impeccable, the staff really made an effort to made sure we enjoyed the meal. Prices are also very good for the standard of food. If you are staying in Zadar you must take some time to go here!!

The restaurant was suggested to us by our host. We spent two lovely evenings here with exceptional service and amazing food (we had the homemade ravoli with walnut sauce, pasta with truffles and the seasonal menu with wild asparagus). The atmosphere was great. The restaurant places high value on local products (including olive oil and wine). Really good price quality ratio.

My husband and I had an amazing meal here for our anniversary! The food was beautiful and the wine was perfectly paired. We split the mussels for an appetizer and split the filet for main course. The waiter recommended a perfect glass of red wine to go with it. The restaurant is just a little bit off the main streets, but easy to find. Go past the other down the street with long waits and discover this gem!
