Zori Timeless Hotel & Restaurant

We celebrated my 40th birthday here with friends and had one of the best days of our lives! Food and wine was excellent, the setting is incredible and our waiter Martin was the best. Extremely attentive and knowledgeable. We had a late lunch, a leisurely dip in the sea and went back up for dinner too! We have already booked flights so we can go back and visit them again next year. An amazing team, all round!

The food at the restaurant is to die for. Ante the waited knew what to recommend. But honestly everything was just amazing so it didn’t matter what to order. Every bite was an amazing explosion of flavors. I very much enjoyed it. Thank you chef.

Second visit review:
I went back because I found myself again on that island and couldn’t help but trying other options on the menu. They recognized me and the chef came out to say hello. Which I really appreciated because I wanted to know who is the person behind the art i ate!
The second visit did not disappoint. The food was again exquisite and the levels of flavors that changes with every chew.. amazing.

This restaurant is better than many Michelin star restaurants I e been to. This is one of the best restaurants I’ve ever visited.

Beautiful place came here for lunch with friends and stayed pleaseantly surprised, everything was so delicious and amazingly presented,the service was perfect and super kind, definitly reccomend to everyone and will come back for sure!

I would say Zori is the most beautiful restaurant in this region, you have amazing view on the sea while eating. Their food is super good and what i like is that even though they serve fine dining food you can still get a great local fish. The waiters are always super friendly and professional.

Probably the best dining experience while in Croatia. Service was impeccable, food was delicious and views were amazing. Highly recommend, totally worth it!

Management has been extremely kind to me and my wife. The family who owns it is very involved and helpful, and Damir of the staff has assited us greatly during our stay.

Great luxury restaurant in beautiful bay Vinogradisce, you can tie BIG yachts, there is lot of buoys 👍🏻

We only stopped by for cocktails and a couple appetizers, but we loved Zori. The setting is GORGEOUS (seated near us was a pseudo-celebrity couple planning their wedding and speaking of directing social media traffic to the restaurant) and the food was fresh and delicious.

It's definitely on the pricier side, but we would have loved to have gone back for a full dinner had we had more time.

Awesome view. Fantastic food. But what really did it for me was the waiter. Must have been the best waiter I have ever had.

Well... what can I say other than we had an extraordinary dinner last week at Zori. Service was impeccable, the food was great and the bill lower than we expected. The atmosphere is out of this world and the view just the cherry on top. Please don't stay in Vinogradisce bay and miss a dinner at Zori. Hope to return soon!

Great place. The Service was perfect and the food was really good. They only serve high quality meat from the UK and the fish is always fresh. The waiter's wine recommendation was also on point. Thank you for the great evening!

A true paradise - easily the highlight of our trip. We dined for lunch during a day of boating from Split. The restaurant and bay are stunning. The food was delicious and fresh. The staff was very helpful, explaining all of the dishes to us. The truffle pasta was amazing, though it was really hard to pick a favorite.

There were many bees by our table, but the staff came by to spray peppermint water around the table a few times throughout the meal to keep them away.

When Sailing The Yacht Week 2013 Croatia Red route with friends, we also visited the harbour of Palmizana. The harbour is located on the North side of the Island with good facilities for yachting.
But walking only 5 minutes to the other side of the Island, in a quiet bay with stunning views, there are 5 restaurants located. We chose for Zori because of the fine atmosphere and the more up scale outlook. We were with a group of 14 persons and did not make any reservation. Even though they helped us with combining tables and everything with great hospitality.
As we could not really decide what to choose from the menu, our personal host (could not really call it a waiter), suggested that the chef would prepare a variety of starters and a mix of food for the main course. Ad she did!!!
Both fish and meat are prepared on grill with such a great taste that it really give you a WOW factor. Combined with great wines and the sunset with it makes Zori to a superb restaurant / location.
So next day we did it all over again, and even with more pleasure. I would recommend this place to anyone else. Please not that it is not cheap, but with great value for money.

Absolutely lovely food and service. One of the best risotto with gorgonzola that I ever had. All the dishes were great, the place looks fabulous and the staff are very nice.

We had an outstanding dinner here last night. After a ten minute exhilarating boat ride at sunset from the port of Hvar we arrived at this hidden oasis on a small uninhabited island save for a few purported fancy eateries. We were greeted with alacrity by Cristian, a polished, professional and attentive waiter/host who attended to our every need, culinary and otherwise. We shared a healthy sized grilled sea bass with vegetables and a side of the tagliatelle with truffle that melted in our mouth. We are a healthy bunch and would’ve rejected anything smothered in butter or some other heart stopper. This was light and flavorful without the unnecessary heavy flavor makers. The meal ended with a panoply of desserts (dark chocolate lava cake, lemon tart and tiramisu) that all hit the mark. satiated. Oh, the desserts were gratis since the waiter felt we waited too long and our fish was gone so he gave us the larger one at the same price. This place is special. Go if you are in Hvar and have a few bucks to spare on vacation. Well worth it.

Excellent food, notably the meat which is sourced from the rhug estate in wales. My rib eye steak was among the best I have ever had. Perfectly seasoned too. Soft and flavoursome.

Risotto also very nicely cooked.

Prices are not cheap but we left feeling very happy.

Bottled pale ale quite pleasing.

This place, alongside the amazing Dalmatino, was the pick of the restaurants from our trip to hvar.

Ps we had originally been advised to go to Bacchus, though when we arrived we tried to book a table in two hours time and were told the ‘skipper had booked many tables so we should come back later’. This disappointing attitude made us go elsewhere (there are enough other bad reviews about its service online) and we have absolutely no regrets, having tasted the delights of zori.

My husband, Will, and I had our wedding reception at Zori in June 2018. We decided to hold our wedding reception there after having been to Zori for lunches the previous two years running. The service, food, wine and of course the views have always been fantastic so we knew it would be a great place for a reception. Having said that, we were still blown away by how amazing the reception was on the day, as were our guests. There’s nothing quite like walking through the pine forest and popping out in to Zori with THAT view across the bay. Our guests were blown away by the beauty of it and then blown away again by our arrival across the bay in a speed boat.
Even with a large number of guests to cater for Zori absolutely nailed it. The food was excellent (as we knew it would be). All our guests comment on how great the food was and how you would never get such good food at a wedding in England - which is true. In planning the reception Zrinka was an immense help. Always on hand to answer our questions and make sure we got all the personal touchers we wanted. She was a dream to work with. We are both still on a high from the wedding and enjoyed our reception so much, able to completely relax and soak it all in with our guests because we knew the team were sorting everything out and making sure everything ran smoothly. We can never thank them enough for what they did and look forward to many returns for lunch or dinner as husband and wife! X
