Wonderful day for our group of 14 on two boats visiting the islands of Brac and Hvar. Excellent communication, competent drivers and clean boats in great condition. Antonio arranged a fabulous itinerary visiting two villages & a simply wonderful lunch stop with local produce and a swimming bay. He was very flexible on the day and discussed options with us. Highly recommend!

Absolutely amazing👏 Antonio is awesome. We were a group of 4 and it was such a fair price, he took us 4 destinations, all beautiful.

One of the destinations was a small but absolutely beautiful beach which had an equally small local restaurant and let me tell you, the food was exquisite! We're staying at a 5 star hotel and the food we had at this small place was by far better than the hotel food.

At one point I accidentally dropped my prescription (and expensive) glasses in the sea whilst the boat was anchored and making my way to the other end of the boat. Antonio immediately sprung in to action, put his diving goggles on and spent what must have been about 25 minutes diving down deep searching for my glasses. He eventually found them to my complete surprise, I was so happy, I couldn’t thank him enough.

Oh and I also proposed to my girlfriend (she said yes) at the 4th destination, which was another small but beautiful beach that had a larg swing right by the shore with crystal clear water.

I highly recommend anyone to this guy!

Superb trip. First of all it was very convenient to connect and discuss everything via what’s app. We took full day trip and surprisingly my 3 kids were not bored. My son (8y) even told me that it was best day during the trip. The trip itself consists of several different locations (beaches, towns, restaurant) and 10-20 min rides between them. Because of the picture changes quickly and the view is always picturesque you never pay attention to time. Strongly recommend at least 1 time during the vacation

We had a wonderful day on the island of Brac! We had plenty of time there we went for a swim and strolled a little bit around !

Don’t take any other boat! This guy is amazing! Book early because he sells out daily. We went to the quick Bol trip and he’s the only one who offers a direct to Bol trip without an early start! He is awesome kind patient and a very smooth driver. The boat even has cover for shade from sun. We left at 2 got back at 8. We had 2 hours on the golden horn (plenty of time) and then 1-2 hours in the most beautiful secluded cove for swimming and a truly amazing meal (extra charge). This restaurant is not one of those tourist traps it’s authentic and delicious with beautiful views! And only 100kuna with wine! Seriously we did other boats abs would trade them in for a trip with this guy. It’s not too party but he does have music. Best boat trip of my entire life! And only 300kuna each. Just beware you have to pay docking fee at the zlanti rat if 20kuna each other than that it’s perfect!

Very good day along the beautiful coastline of Brac with some stops in a few bays before we landed on Zlatni Rat. The restaurant at one of the bays was really nice, where we got the most juicy seabass and lam. Thanks for a wonderful day

Great experience! Highly recommended! Our skipper Mile made our day! Several well planned stops for a crew of 3 boys and 2 adults: cliff jumps, town visits, snorkelling and finally a superb lunch at a secret restaurant only accesible from the sea.

The speedboat tour was amazing, they took us near beautiful beach side attractions like olive gardens and wine rows. And after all they took us to a family restaurant to freshly catched fish, that was amazing.

For the past four summers, our family has visited Makarska and booked many excursions with Antonio. It is always our favorite part of holiday! I love the lunches and wine from the island restaurants, our teenage children love swimming in the coves, and my husband loves the homemade rakija. Antonio is friendly, professional, and a great skipper!

Had a great boat trip as a family with children - full day, very nice stops to swim and great restaurant in a beautiful secluded bay. Antonio organized everything perfectly from the beginning, answering questions by email. The skipper was a great guy, too, very friendly. Definitely one of the best days of our great vacation in the Makarska area!

We rented a boat from Antonio and visited nearby islands. It was a wonderful day and Antonio gave us a bunch of tips where to go. Definitely recommend renting a boat from him.

To be honest, it was the best experience in Makarska. Boats are clean and new, skippers very friendly. Everything went really good. We visited 6-7 locations, wonderful places to swim, snorkling, jumping from cliffs. I felt like in a dream vacation. All of us were really happy. We will repeat this for sure when we will come back to Makarska. Big thanks to the whole crew and skipper.

Private Boat Tour from Makarska to Brac Island⚓🏝
We decided to book a private boat trip with a captain to explore the island of Brac. This was perfect for escaping the overcrowded tourist boats. The advantage of booking a private tour is that you can decide much of the tour yourself. This trip was 4 hours, which suited us perfectly. The other trips we looked at were between 6 and 10 hours, in overcrowded larger tourist boats. Completely out of the question for us😊. Of course, it costs a little extra to book privately, but it’s worth it. and then we got to see everything we wanted. We can also highly recommend Maris Travel Rent a boat. They will take you on a safe sightseeing trip at sea. He is from Makarska and knows much about the region.

Thanks for a brilliant full day boat trip for our family of eight. Easily arranged via WhatsApp with Antonio, we met the Skipper; Božo at Baska Voda harbour at 9am. Božo let all the kids drive the boat and took us to many beautiful beaches and coves. We saw numerous dolphins, jumped off cliffs and snorkelled in crystal clear water. We stopped for lunch at the sensational Eco restaurant before returning back for 6pm. Highly recommended and great value!

Antonio was very easy to communicate with to book our private boat tour around the islands near Makarska. We had a beautiful day and our skipper Mile was amazing at finding nice secluded beaches and at driving through the waves. At times the sea was a little rough and Mile made the trip so enjoyable by knowing how to drive through them without them feeling rough to us. He also took us to a quiet restaurant on a quiet island which was great food and authentic. We highly recommend booking through this company and will be back again!

One of the best parts of our holiday in Croatia in 2023!

We hired a boat with a skipper for half a day, in the morning from 9 a.m. to 2 p.m. Our destination - the island of Hvar.

Our skipper, Mr Božo (thank you!), was very helpful, kind and cheerful. He took us first to a small, isolated beach on Hvar for a short stop for swimming and snorkelling and we thought that was great, but immediately afterwards we sailed to the tiny island of Zečevo - and there, in a beautiful cove Mr Božo baited some fish (yes, exactly!) and we jumped into the water straight from the boat to swim among the shoal. I'm not going to lie, it was practically like out of some exclusive music video!

Finally, Mr Božo took us to the wonderful town of Jelsa on Hvar, where he recommended a great (and not too expensive!) restaurant, and we had a chance to have lunch, ice cream and walk around the town a bit.

It was a family trip for us, during a holiday in Croatia. Our children, 8- and 6-year-olds, had a wonderful time.

Finally, I have to put in a good word for Mr Antonio, who managed the tour - he was very helpful and when our first tour date was impossible (the weather suddenly deteriorated), he suggested another one straight away.

Overall: 5/5 stars wholeheartedly!

If there is one thing you do in Croatia, this boat tour is it. I researched plenty of boat tours and ended up booking with Antonio and I’m SO lucky I did. We were greeted with kindness and a smile and felt instantly at home on his boat. Throughout the entire boat trip, Antonio focused on our privacy and experience and still provided us with information, direction and a friend. He took us to multiple secluded locations and made sure we were enjoying our trip the whole time. His focus was our experience. We had the most wonderful time boating with Maris Travel rent a boat. From start to finish Antonio was so very helpful and quick to respond to my enquiries! Once booked Mario and Carmen were on board with us and were fantastic pointing out points of interest and answering any questions we had! The half day flew by so would definitely book a full day if we have the opportunity to go again! We had a chance for a swim in quiet cove and the water is crystal clear! We went to Mario's family restaurant and the fish was caught fresh that morning and we all enjoyed our choices! Cant rate this highly enough so don't delay book today! We were on the 790 boat it was perfect and only two other passengers so it was like a private tour! Thank you Antonio and your team xxx
