We arrived with a group of 10 people and were met with fantastic service. Our waitress was great at recommending dishes that suited us. The food was fantastic, and we agreed it was the best meal so far in Croatia. We can recommend the carpaccio, as it was probably one of the best dishes I've ever had.

Great Kroatian food. After missing good meat meals for 12 days we landed here. 2 person dish for 50 euro. Good wine good beer. And the nicest staff. Best diner in a 12 Day roadtrip croatia for me. Would highly recommend

Wow! We were strolling around Makarska looking for a bite to eat, and a lovely man, Zlatan, waved us over. He spent time talking us through the menu and when we were deciding on our food he made the experience exciting and he customised the meals to our exact wants and needs. We were welcomed with a free traditional drink and bread. He helped us pair our meal with the best drinks as well and talked us through all the ingredients and ‘traditions’ that were involved. All and all a fantastic experience and would highly recommend to any travellers.

We just loved this spot!! The food was absolutely delicious, clean and simple comfort food that really hit the spot. Seemed very authentic, unlike the tourist traps along the beach that all serve the same menu. Plus, the service was simply superb. Such kind people. I cannot recommend this place enough!

It’s pretty hard to fault this place. It’s a local restaurant on the main square with delightful staff and a simple relatively short menu of fabulous food. What is not to like?

There are lots of restaurants nearby and it’s hard to decide where to go but we tried here and the food is AMAZING. I had a huge plate of calamari and it was so delicious and fresh. The staff were helpful and friendly, spoke very good english. There was also a live band on in the square so all in all a lovely evening. Highly recommend

The food is excellent and service very good
They do get very busy so sometimes there is a bit of a wait but it's well worth it.
We went back again and again on our two week stay.
Highly recommended.
Will definitely be going back. Can't wait!!

The place is amazing! We visited Susvid 3 times during our holiday. The meal is delicous and fresh. We received a gift from house before and after dinner. Moreover the service is very customer-friendly and professional, specialy a nice waiter (tall man about 35 years old). He was very friendly and professional. He knows very good a menu and recommends very good food. He also helps me to organize a suprise for my husband. Really amazing person, positive and proactice. Thank you! Eliza&Piotr from Poland.
