Tekka by Lone Japanese restaurant

An honest take: whenever in Rovinj, we are regular guests there, several times per vacation:-). Superb food, service to wish for, wine list to perfectly match the dishes…the garden is amazing during the summer, inside seating equally good during the winter. Wrongfully without a Michelin recommendation or even a star. Will continue to go there and thoroughly enjoy all of it.

The restaurant is embedded into the LONE Design Hotel. The placing outside is done well, the staff has been very friendly both times we visited. The Sushi (we enjoyed several versions of rolls / Uramaki) is very fresh & tasty and presented in a beautiful way.

Excellent experience, amazing delicious food, attention to every detail. Also to mention, great service highly contributed to make our dining experience amazing. If you are searching for high quality Japanese restaurant, and don't mind spending little bit of money, this is a place to go. Strongly recommended!

A Fantastic restaurant inside Hotel Lone. One of the best Japanese restaurants visited in a long time. Superb and innovative dishes accompanied with great and very professional and attentive service. Loved the ambiance too. Definitely a treat for all food lovers. And not exotic food only! Strongly recommended!!

One of those restaurants you always want to come back to. Everything fits here. Starting from the service and great decor, great seating - especially outside - to excellent cuisine. Brilliant sushi and Japanese dishes. I'd give more than five stars if it were possible.

The food is good. We had gyoza and fried chicken as a starter. Both very good and well priced.

As a main dish we had beef from the wok and chicken from the tepanyaki. Both were good but the chicken lacked some vegetables. Price/quantity a bit on the lower side of the spectrum but it was just enough and the quality was high.

Desserts were perfectly priced. Especially the ganache. Well worth a visit. Outside in the beautiful garden of Eden en Lone.

I recently had the pleasure of dining at this fantastic sushi restaurant, and I must say it was an extraordinary experience. The staff was incredibly attentive and friendly.
The food – it was simply outstanding! It's safe to say that it's the best sushi I've ever had. It's a must-try when in Rovinj, and I'm already looking forward to returning soon!

We have been for the first time in a japanese restaurant. We had an amazing waiter who helped us with the choise what to eat as beginners. His name is Matej. Matej was an amaizing guide and he chose the whole menu for us. His choice for us was apsolutely spot on. The service, food and ambience was excellent. We are coming back for sure.

We had some nice sushi at Tekka by Lone. Really friendly and amazing service. As non Hotel guest you're able to have dinner here.

We ate twice at Tekka a few weeks ago while at Lone. Wow. What a great experience. Food, ambience, service, all just tip top. Extra special thanks go to Barbara who made everything that little bit more special! Really lovely restaurant experience! Kudos!

Very decent asian restaurant. Great selection of sushi&co. Additional plus, dishes like wok and kobe beef. Extremely friendly waiter.

Had lovely time here. Place is worth of price.
Ambient is modern and fancy, service really nice and friendly but the food... Amazing. Best so far I tried. I enjoyed every bite. Spring rolls were big hit among kids. Teletina was for main course, perfectly seasoned and cooked. Something I tried for a first time was matcha ice cream and it is delicious. Also great thing is, since this is not usual type of restaurant, there is also kids menu and kids loved it.

The place is not cheap but it is worth every penny. Really nice service, professional but ready for talk and open to give suggestions for wine. Food is really delicious. Special type of cusine, but the best Japanise food I tried so far. Sushi is must try, fresh fish and great quality of add-ins. Great combination of flavors. Tenpura is really tasty and crispi. Desserts are also tasty, I recommend chocolate souffle.

We were pleasantly surprised by Tekka By Lone. The restaurant is based on ground level of an hotel with an amazing interior. The staff of the hotel and restaurant were all very humble and friendly. They also were taking Corona measures into account which not all restaurant in Croatia seem to do. Our personal waiter Matej was professional and helpful. We had the cauliflower soup and Tom yang Kung soup which had so much flavour. But even better were the main courses we had: Salmon with wok vegetables and the Chicken Wok. The chicken wok was maybe the best I’ve ever had. Everything looked perfect, tasted delicious and was freshly prepared. All other reviews give 5 stars and normally I’d be hesitant but here it’s true. If we ever come back around we’ll definitely eat here again.

Really superb Japanese restaurant, great selection of food and every dish was amongst the best we ever had. Just the deserts were a 7 out of 10. Can only recommend this place where the service was excellent too. A special thanks to Ivana who was an outstanding host and picked the perfect wine for us! Hopefully we meet again another time!

Japanese cuisine at its best! We had a great dinner. Service was friendly and very professionel.
Sushi was delicious and the Tom yang kung soup a dream.the wok dishes were very good as well. Dessert 🤤🤤🤤I highly recommend this restaurant. We will visit again as soon as possible!!!

Great restaurant, delicious food, everything was great. Friendly employees. Especially Ivana, our waiter, unbelievably friendly and hospitable! Keep it up! We will definitely come again.
