Villa Zadar Superior

We are stayed in two different rooms in the building. They have a bbq, pool, and common outside areas. The top floor has stunning views and the inside is ultra modern. The other room we stayed in (the superior) has a modern/homey feel with light hardwood floors.
The cleaning staff was friendly and helpful during our luggage move from the top floor to the lower.

Amazing place to watch the sunset, go for a swim in the ocean, and has several restaurants and a grocery store within walking distance.

Prices were reasonable considering the quality of the rooms and building.

Fab modern and clean.
Bedroom, living space, kitchen, and bathroom.
Terrace was amazing and very large, the view from the terrace is beautiful.
The pool area is really nice, plenty of beds and comfortable.

Excellent location, beautifully furnished apartment, excellent hosts. Best Air B&B we have ever stayed in.... and we have stayed in a few!

This was our first visit to Croatia, and based on our experience I can safely confirm we are going to be back here. We picked Zadar because we wanted a small town close to sea. And we picked Villa Zadar, because it had a good rating, located close to sea and had swimming pool. Location wise it was a win: we had a shop in a close vicinity, there is a bus stop in 10 minutes walk that will take you to center of Zadar for just a Euro and the sea was also like ten minutes walk. We used to be sceptical about pictures of apartments, but here apartments were the same as i seemed: clean, comfortable and had everything we need to have enjoyable stay. We've been with our daughter, so kitchen with all kitchen stuff helped to cook the food we would like, dish-washing machine and washing machines offloaded my wife from housing routine, and nice additions like hot-sandwich maker and extra charger were a brownie points to already great experience. Host was all the time ready to help, and the check-in/check-out were super smooth. Keep up the good job and hope to see you again in the future!

Wonderful place with almost everything you need and a beautiful balcony. The place has a booklet of all the famous landmarks, restaurants and clubs, their location, reviews and price range. The host was friendly and had a flexible easy-going mindset. They also rent bicycles. Bicycling around the Zadar seafront roads and the promenade is just breathtaking. If I tried to find a fault, I could complain about the absence of an aux cable to play music off the speakers (which were there around the house, in the bathrooms as well)

Stayed here in summer and it was perfect! It had everything we needed and is very close to the beach.

Friendly owner, very clean and quiet place. 2 mins walk to beach, shops and restaurant!

Piękny apartament!! Wszędzie blisko, dobry dojazd do centrum autobusem numer 8.

Perfektné ubytovanie, môžem len odporúčať. Apartmány velmi pekné, čisté a výborne vybavené. Bazén tiež čistý a udržiavaný. Poloha dobrá, blízko bola pláž, potraviny, pekáreň, fast food. Pár minút od vily reštaurácie aj autobusová zastávka odkiaľ jazdil každú polhodinu autobus do zadaru. Ak bol dáky problém, po komunikácií veľmi rýchlo vyriešený. Nemáme vôbec čo vytknúť, cítili sme sa tam ako doma.

Wir haben uns hier super wohl gefühlt! Es roch alles frisch und es war sehr, sehr sauber! Die Einrichtung und das Drumherum sind absolut geschmackvoll!

Sehr nette Managerin. Anlage war schön. Pool gepflegt. In der Nähe ist ein guter Imbiss und ein kleiner Supermarkt. Strand direkt die Stars runter.

Magnifique ! Un appartement au calme totalement équipé avec une très belle vue. Une petite plage ombragée à 2 pas et la vieille ville de Zadar à 20mn en vélo.

Nedaleko plaze uz bazen u objektu, a opet u mirnom dijelu Zadra, sa svim potrebnim sadrzajima u apartmanu te originalnost ambijenta, zasluzuju svaku pohvalu vlasnicima i posebno osoblju.
