Amazing place. We arrived at 1300 and walked straight in so unsure if opening hours are correct.

The owner? Gave us such a great explanation of what they were doing. Amazing honey (purchased) and insect repellent (purchased).

This place is really beautiful and calm!
They serve a variety of Tea and hot or cold chocolate as well as deserts.

A lot of natural Medicine, herbs, mixtures of honey with various grains and a lot more.

My recommendation is that if you are not staying close to this place you should take a tuc tuc (3 wheel small taxi) to get there and back. All Copán is really safe but it’s a little of a hike if you’re walking in from town.

The environment is very beautiful. A nice place to just sit back and relax and enjoy nature.

Great place. A lot variety of the chocolate, sauces, teas. You can eat here too (desert o tamales) the view is amazing. The attention is good.

Food it's unexpensive but the other items like soap, chocolate and spices are bit pricey but all worth it.

Nice place to relax in the afternoon, a little bit pricey. The hot chocolate is so delicious and raw, so natural.

The cold chocolate drink was delicious! Think frozen hot chocolate from Serendipity 3 in NYC only better. We also loved the tamale with mole sauce. Best tamale we have had anywhere!

A beautiful place to relax and have some good chocolate. Plenty of free chocolate tastings and also great spicy sauces to try with tortilla chips.

Very nice place for chilling and discovering the tea and chocolate. It has several hundred products ranging from tea, chocolate to insect repellant and medicinal drugs.
The prices are a little steep for Honduras (60HNL/2.5$ for a tea) but the tea is good and worth trying.
It also has several "monstras" one can try their wide range of chocolate, sauces and seeds.
Finally, there is wifi and one can pay by card.

This place is incredible, the tea is extremely well prepared and delicious. They really empower you to flavor as you see fit and for me I loved this! Service is exceptional, people are friendly welcoming, I felt like I was home. The chocolate is legit...I got the 75% with sea salt, it's amazing, I don't like the milk chocolate anywhere, I'm a dark chocolate guy and the dark chocolate here is out of this world... I also had this plantain empanadas con frijoles thing it was vegan and was extremely Rico. If your into chocolate I would recommend coming here for a visit. Also have some really cool looking honey and natural products....worth a walk by...as an FYI if walking with a dog, there a bunch of chickens in an open area along the way... dog's gonna have a field day if he's off leach, dogs on street all had good vibes no problems...the chickens well may they rest in ☮....

One of the most (if not the most) beautiful cafés I've ever visited. Lovely staff, lots of balcony seating, peace and quiet. Great accommodation also and just outside of the centre of town.

This place is great I would highly recommend it. Even if you’re not really into chocolate the tea is great and if you’re not into tea the chocolate is also great. The shop is very beautiful and everything was made in house. The owners of the shop are very personable and are passionate about what they’ve created. They put chocolate in just about everything which is amazing. Might not be for everybody but for me I loved it, they had chocolate hot sauce and it was amazing. Just check it out for yourself they don’t ask for any entry fees and don’t bother you while you’re looking around. The prices are reasonable and I’m sure you’ll end up picking something up even if it’s just a simple cup of coffee

Really cosy place to eat all kinds of chocolate, drink typical chocolate drinks, talk and listen about chocolate, its origin and processing.
We had cold and warm chocolate with (delactosed - its great that have this option) milk, and both were amazing. You can buy various chocolate products here as well. Time well spent. Thank you!

El Lugar de Tè y Chocolate, a special place in Copàn where teas and chocolate can be tasted while swinging in a hammock surrounded by hummingbirds and fruit trees. In the shop, open only a couple of hours a day, you can also buy spicy sauces, tea leaves, chocolate and pralines, soaps and natural remedies 100% produced by the botanical research station, founded to provide a sustainable solution to the erosion and deforestation issues of the Copàn Valley. This family run place allow you to read and chill on their terraces without expecting you to buy anything, they actually come around to make you taste freshly brewed teas which they describe with knowledge and love. It is the ultimate lounging place with a cultural twist. LOVED IT! 🌱❤🍵

Excellent assortment of teas, chocolates, and other treats. Samples are available for everything and staff will answer questions. Great seating area to relax and savor if you wish to hang out.

The most beautiful place in Copan. Although it open for very short time, it is so beautiful and serve real chocolate. It is little bit bitter for me, but it is real!!

If you are struggling with mosquito bites this place does the best natural repellent...not the most pleasant smell but it works!🙌 and the hair oil is amazing.

A family owned tea and chocolate shop. What else do you need? This place has an amazing view and every thing that you eat and drink is organic. The family provides a great customer experience by explaining the how's of everything and giving you samples along the way. Great place.

The location is great, wonderful decoration, the shop is large and offers a really cool and cozy place to enjoy the cacao. Even with view.

We tried the hot chocolate and we loved it. In our opinion the best hot chocolate we tried in central america. If you like the pure taste of chocolate (and not sugar) this place is for you.

Possibility to try the chocolate you can buy. But we think that the prices are a bit too high compared to other shops.

Lovely and original place in Copan! The hot and cold chocolates are a must. Not to mention the fact that they have different artisan products for sale.
The attention of the girls there is also exceptional.
