Went here on a drizzly day.
Took a 15 min bus ride from Cobán
(1.50 gtq)
Driver's assistant said last bus back was 3pm. Make sure to tell them your going to the coffee tour
The employees were attentive.
Umbrellas are available if you need one.
The tour (75 gtq) lasted just over an hour.
Our guide was super informative, patient and regularly checked to see if we had any questions.
Best part was the coffee tasting at the end and the coffee was delicious.

Excellent tour in English. Learned lots about coffee from bean to grind ( variety’s , growing, picking , drying , export , etc) And tasting at the end. 75q each. We didn’t do the Zipline
No need to book just take a taxi there.

Pay no more than 50q from Plaza Magdalena. We paid 80 as we didn’t know .. Taxi driver first said 100… Remember this is Guatemala. So don’t overpay or you spoil it for everyone .. locals and other travellers.

Great stop on the way up to Semuc Champey! We loved our tour of the coffee farm and enjoyed tasting the coffee after too. The history of the farm which started with Germans who then left during the war was an interesting story as well. Highly recommend coming to visit to support the coffee farmer co-op community directly and to learn about one of the world’s favourite drinks!

We had a great time with Elizabeth as our English speaking guide. 75 quetzal for the tour. We arrived with our van and were able to sleep behind the visitor office for 25 quetzal per person. Quiet night and they have hot shower and toilet. It was very nice to wake up and have cappuccino from there!

Really enjoyable tour, it was pretty quiet due to fewer tourists coming through. Had a walk around the plantation then a tasting session afterwards explaining all the different forms of preparation

Had a great, informative tour around the plantations and learnt how growing coffee and working as part of the cooperative functions here. The canopy tour is fun too. Well worth the effort of jumping in a colectivo or taxi to get here.

Love the tour here--excellent and thoughtful place to learn about coffee, history, and how coops can function in Guatemala. Great tasting afterwards too, and you can buy a pound or 4 to take home. Bring cash, it's cash only as of December 2021, but they say they're hoping to add card payment in 2022.

Our guide Albaro was superb. We have been shown around the final, the processing area and we tested wonderful coffee. If you are in town it's an easy ride from the city centre and is worth the time. The coffee is one of the best I have tried in this part of the world

Had a coffee tour incl. Zip lining here, Q135 per person. It was really interesting, walked through the coffee and banana forest, the guide was English-speaking. Zipline was also funny, we felt absolutely safe.
a coffee in the end was included, could have been a little bit more / different tastes..
Finally we bought some local coffee, Q50 per 0.5kg.
