Good atmosphere. Very busy. Hard to find parking. Whatever you are looking for, you will find it here.

Large hardware, electronics, and multi-goods store equivalent to Ace Hardware (many products labeled as such). A bit on the pricey side for equivalent goods but the store is well-organized amd well-stocked so you pay for convenience. This particular location is larger than others and have products that the smaller locations don't. Parking is quite difficult during busy times and vehicle entrance to the parking area is not obvious at all.

Some stores are missing after covid,but have been replaced San Martin Cafe to meet new people.

A nice partial indoor and outdoor mall located on the way out of the city towards Antigua, Atlitlan and Quetzaltenango. If you are like me who likes to head out of the capital as soon as leave the airport to head to Xela, this is one place to stop by to meet friends or to wait for traffic to die down.

Great place to buy, eat or spend a day with your families or love ones, easy to find parking space and you can find a lot of restaurants at the food court

One of the old shopping malls in the city, still one of the nice places to go shopping. The mall went recently a huge parking capacity improvement while maintaining the free parking policy. There's a food court with just the minimum variety to get the five stars.

Good variety of shops.

Nice mall, still having some parts under construction by the time writing this review. Has several options to eat, food Court and seated restaurants, a big toy store, a huge department store too.

I always come here for Cemaco but there are a few other stores I like Corine, Juguetón, Tia Mia, and Max. There are many good restaurants and parking available, easy access and safe place for some shopping.

After it got remodeling, it is really nice. It has different free activities in the hallways and for kids. It looks clean and organized. It has several stores to choose from.

It has been updated and redesigned. Tons of parking space, new food court and new restaurants added. It's about time these 80ish malls made it to the 21st century.

Nice selection of stores. I always see lots of cute shoes to choose from! It isn't very big but worth the stop.

Nice mall with multiple stores and convenient paking facility

The Peri-Roosevelt shopping center has been totally renovated and it has new areas and shops. It has increased its parking spots and there are many great family restaurants were you can grab something to eat. You can find almost anything you would like to buy for the Christmas season. The mall's anchor store is Cemaco, a big department store famous throughout Guatemala for its imported products and hardware products.

Now it has a great parking lot, plus they don't charge you for parking there, like other malls does. Stores are okay and you do have many restaurant options to eat.

This is a good place to come shopping as the parking is free and it has many spaces. Not as many shops to choose from as Miraflores or other shopping centres but that is due to its size. Although it does have a really big Cemaco which is a homeware shop.

An amazing mall, everything that you will need for your every day life YOU will find it here. Very safe with plenty of security around.

VERY schwanky and upscale. I felt like I was in the NEW and IMPROVED Guatemala! Security is good and the facilities are top notch!
