Tikal Futura

The hotel looked exactly as how it does online. The service was 5 stars and very professional. Even though Spanish isn't my first language, Marlon (front desk) , Darling (breakfast buffet), and many others were very helpful and understanding .I would love to visit again for longer.

Loved it, they spoke both English and Spanish, and very hospitable. The breakfast was amazing as well

Had a 3 night stay and really enjoyed the hotel. When pulling up to it, it’s a sight to see! Very beautiful and modern. The front desk staff was amazing and the room with the Mountain View was spectacular! Even being attached to a mega mall was a convenient if we needed a quick bite. Will definitely recommend if staying in the Guatemala City area.

We (husband and baby) stayed here while traveling through Guatemala and it was a very pleasant visit. Staff was very friendly and helpful. The location is so convenient and felt safe since they have many stores that are only an elevator away. They don't have a shuttle service but the taxi company they work with was great, picked us up with no problems and cost was around $12USD. Bkfast buffet was convenient and we overall enjoyed out stay. May not be a luxury stay, but definitely recommended.

Affordable luxury (at least with an early booking). Room was delightfully comfortable, staff were very helpful and welcoming, and the breakfast buffet was the best I've encountered. The amenities included or available, plus the easy access to shopping centers and food courts, were an added bonus.

This hotel was amazing!! It was a tough decision for me as there were a few hotels also close by with more excellent reviews. I hesitated going with Tikal. But, I was drawn to its modern features. We couldn’t be happier here. Everyone has been great from check in to the restaurant to our massages. Definitely recommend!!!

Revisited again still a Luxury place . Everything you want in one place . I absolutly loved it and will be staying here more often , when im visiting the city

Great place to be people are very profecional and friendly and the place is great i would totally recomended.

So to start with I read the reviews about issues with the front desk and our experience with them was quite the opposite. The ladies were prompt and very nice no attitudes at all.
Secondly we got to our room and set up a time to use the indoor pool for our son and they gave us a time within 30 minutes. We had a plumbing issue with our bathroom and they had maintenance out in a few minutes, turns out the problems couldn't be fixed so they promptly got us moved. We did dinner by the pool bar, service, food and drinks were all great. Room service for dessert. Overall a wonderful experience for our family!

This has been my favorite hotel, since I've been coming to Guatemala. Besides the mall with foodcourt and many restaurants to choose, waiting the hotel premisses is very convenient; if you are here for pleasure.

Are you kidding me? Beautiful place with good service nice pool and right next to malls and shopping. Im glad its safe and secure but the security people should be less like guards and more subtle more guest friendly

The room were clean and very big. The pool was awesome and you must get a massage and the breakfast buffet was never to be missed. Great place to stay when on vacation

My husband and I were here last year, and really enjoyed our visit 🤩 Tikal Futura made us feel at home even though it was my husband’s first time in Guatemala, our room was perfect and the view to the volcano 🌋 simply beautiful.
Food was amazing, the staff was very nice and polite! And we stayed there for 3 weeks 🙌🏼 . We are planning our next visit and definitely staying here again . Thank you guys see you soon!

I just went there to park my workmate's car, because we had to go to another city. It was great because this is a 24 hour parking lot and, when we went back there, at 3am, it was open. So useful.

The fact that it’s been over 10 years since I visited this establishment and still remember how amazing it was is truly remarkable. I’ve stayed at so many hotels and I honestly couldn’t tell you which one I stayed at last month let alone 10 years ago. The staff was excellent and extremely helpful with everything I needed, I specifically remember Byron from those years ago because he was one of the kindest people I’ve met throughout my travels. The pizza that was served by the pools and hot tubs was by far the best pizza I’ve ever had and got me to eat things I’d never had before, I ended up having that a few times during my visits to this establishment. I came around Christmas and the Christmas tree was beautiful and something I was not expecting but was very happy to see. I can confidently say that staying here helped make my trip even more enjoyable because of the looks, hospitality, and overall wonderful culture that was implemented into the entire establishment.
