Got a chance to dine-in during my recent trip to Guatemala. It was a truly amazing experience! When they found out that I am a vegetarian, the chef himself came out to understand my preferences and curated couple of dishes for me. Both appetizer and entre were truly amazing! Apart from food, ambience and service was excellent. Would strongly recommend visiting this restaurant.

We were a party of four who really enjoyed this restaurant the night before leaving Guatemala. Everything we tasted was delicious and the staff is great. If you are really hungry you should try their tasting menu. We couldn't but if we ever come back, we will definitely try it. You must make reservations.

Tried their 12 course tasting menu, staff was great and the food told a story of different regions in Guatemala. I didn’t love that the wine pairing included so many American wines.

All i can say is WOW. I see why this is the #1 restaurant and in the first half of the top 50! I started with the tasting experience and then ordered a couple extra items to try and absolutely everything was perfection. The tasting was so creative and thoughtful and the Ala cart items have me scheduling another dinner the night before i leave GC!

We had an excellent culinary tour of Guatemala. The tasting menu was very well balanced. If you like good food and you are in Guatemala City, you should definitely stop by. The staff was very friendly and told the story behind each course (including the wine). Personally I thought the serving speed was a bit too quick, I like to take my time while eating.
Sublime was definitely a highlight on our Guatemala trip and deserves to be in the LATAM top 50.

Service was great, and definitely food was something else, from the carpaccio to the dessert we did love the food, is something you should try if you are visiting Guatemala.

Hands-down my favorite restaurant in Central America. This restaurant provides a fine dining experience that is unsurpassed in the country of Guatemala. The menu was designed with history and anthropology in mind with a focus on local ingredients and Mayan traditions. While I was able to spot a few technical details that might keep this restaurant off the Michelin star guide, it was a fantastic experience and I look forward to my next visit.

We had the 12 courses menu and everything was amazing! I was full before getting to the desserts (there's 3) so if you're wondering if it's worth trying, it is. Great experience and it's a great way to try the local an typical plates in an upscale way with beautiful presentation. Definitely a place to put on your to do list in Guatemala!

Increíble experience! Local dishes that are elevated to the next level with original touches. The service is on point and nice atmosphere. Totally recommend if you want to have a different, amazing and worth it experience at a reasonable cost.

Hands down one of my favorite restaurants in the world! And honestly I am not sure how they do not have a Michelin Star yet! The dishes are amazing and it’s an art form that they are able to blend the Guatemalan culture and history with each dish. EVERYTHING IS DELICIOUS in the tasting menu which I HIGHLY recommend!

I have had better food at this restaurant than at Michelin Star restaurants around the world! This restaurant is MUCH better than Pujol in Mexico City.

Amazing restaurant, the staff was super attentive and the food was amazing! I really appreciated the fact that when I missed seeing the smoke show for my drink, they redid it in front of me. Definitely want to come back here again if I had the chance!

One of the best fine dining spots in the city. The chef is constantly trying out new things while honoring and masterfully displaying the local flavors and history. Service is great as well, and you can order in some of the also amazing drinks from the bar.

I’ve gone about 15 times and it never fails to provide an amazing experience. I love their tasting menu, the service and overall the experience. Tasty food and delicious cocktails. As a proud Guatemalan, the tasting menu gives you some history about our culture, our food, our people, which I haven’t experienced at other fine dining restaurants. Highly recommend going here.

We wanted something special and different and we definitely got it in Sublime. We had the tasting menu which was delicious but also an amazing experience. Ambient and service were perfect. Thanks chef!
