A Public Boarding School for the education of the Deaf and Blind. It is located in the Hohoe Municipality of the Volta Region and was established in 1971 with a current student population of about 250. The mode of instruction and communication is Ghanaian sign language. The current teaching staff is about 40. It has Kg, Primary and JHS departments. Its Motto is "Forward with the Able." The institution is in need of walling to prevent encroachment on its land and keep the students safe as well as guard against theft.
