Regular visitors with our boy’s Ozzie and Jaxson. The staff are brilliant in store and the play park. There is now a £10 monthly fee that covers your household not per dog but you get £5.00 voucher to use in the dog park and also vouchers off store purchases. Have a lovely coffee and chat with staff and other dog owners. Definitely worth a visit and value for money

Amazing staff, amazing stock and an amazing place! It’s so nice to see the amount of things they have to cater for our animals and i think the staff deserve some praise whilst they are in the busiest time of year, so thank you!

The coffee shop and doggie play park are amazing - a great way for our puppy to socialise. The staff are really welcoming and there are loads of treats for visitors and their two legged friends. Any 'accidents' were cleared up quickly and the play area was very hygienic. All the doggie parents are so lovely to chat with. The adjacent shop is really well stocked and dogs are welcome to browse with you. We will definitely be returning again.

Great customer service my brother and mum took our puppy BLUE for advice and help with food etc.. lady who helped was very kind and chose the perfect food our puppy loves it.great toys and treats

Great place to take your pooch to socialise. Drinks and cakes are lovely and reasonable in price.

Awesome place to bring your dog to let off some steam, inside and outside play area for them to be let off the lead. Dogs must be friendly and get on with others. Staff are lovely and friendly, cafe on site and large reasonable pet shop which stocks a large choice of products

Great place if your dog likes noise the dog park is hectic and noisy as you would expect lots of room and for dogs to mix play and exercise. The cafe makes the best latte I have tasted and it is lovely to just be able to relax with your dogs and not have to leave them outside. There is a lot of choice of food toys treats and clothing for all your furry and feathered friends .

We'll definitely be visiting again there was so many toys we were spoilt for choice and the dog park is great and despite my dog being apprehensive he enjoyed himself and made some new friends. Great service and friendly staff

Brilliant place and a wonderful play zone for your dogs

Lovely place to take your dogs. There is a play area for them with toys, etc. Poo bags provided, gloves, sanitizer, mop, and bucket to clean up any accidents. Loyalty card for any pet supplies bought in store and great variety of pet products to purchase.

A very good pet store. Plenty of parking and wheelchair accessible. Obviously dogs are allowed. I was surprised at the wide array of products and animals that were catered for. I'm sure I saw a tortoise section!
Staff were helpful and polite.

nellie and her best friend always meet up and play here, the staff are extremely knowledgable friendly and polite, the girls in the the coffee shop are 1st class 5 star as are the staff in the main shop.
