We had a great Christmas family meal on the weekend. Nice big table in the conservatory surrounded by lovely decorations. Staff were attentive ( while bringing food out) and friendly, one improvement I would say is we would have had more drinks if we'd have been asked, as it got a bit confusing weather it was table service or we where to go to the bar ourselves which was difficult for anyone sat against the window to get in and out.
Food was a bit slow coming out but understandable with a large group of 11 adults and 4 children.
Food was all very tasty and cooked really well, I had the scotch egg, turkey and Christmas pudding.
Will definitely be going back again soon and recommending to friends.
Thank you for a great festive meal.

They kindly fitted us in at very short notice following a change of plans. I used to go regularly but haven't been recently, so wasn't sure what to expect.
The food and drink was superb and the staff were absolutely brilliant. Friendly and welcoming. We had a great evening there and will be sure to return.

Just happened to pull off the dual carriageway and stumbled on this absolute gem of a pub. Log burner roaring, staff cheerful, service friendly.

Came here by chance for lunch and so glad we did. Friendly cheerful staff (all Covid regs adhered to). Lovely scenic view from the outdoor seating, with a very convivial atmosphere amongst the customers. Dog friendly both inside and out, with water bowls provided. Excellent service, who checked with us to see whether we wanted further drinks - not normally a big fan of Robinson Unicorn bitter, but they offered Cascade IPA and it was delicious! Good quality food (I had lambs liver) and generous portions.
Being fairly local we will return and a good place to bring visitors as the village is very picturesque.
Highly recommend

We called in here for lunch today and what started off for us as perfect, great service and lovely food quickly escalated into my brother coming down ill early into the mains. Nothing to do with the food i might hasten to add. The staff at Kinmel were outstanding, especially H and the tall slim young lad (sorry we didn't catch your name) who looked after my brother with such compassion. We ended up taking him to A&E and thankfully he got sorted. We will return someday soon and are so appreciative of the staff of the Kinmel Arms for all they did. You can see why the reviews folk have left so reflect the superb service and quality of food served up here.

Called in for a Sunday lunch with the family. Pre booked to avoid disappointment. Lovely setting and attentive staff. The roast we opted for was beef and it was delicious!! Best lunch we have had for quite a while. Will definitely return and its dog friendly.

We went here for lunch with 2 dogs in tow. We would have been able to eat in the bar, but luckily the weather was nice enough to sit out. The staff were really accommodating of our awkward requests (we wanted no bun with our burgers and I swapped the chips for cauliflower cheese). The burger was so good! I have never had a bad experience here and would whole heartedly recommend it to anyone lucky enough to find themselves in the area.

What a wonderful place to spend the time. It is rare for a landlord to sucessfully combine a local pub, a fantastic restaurant, and a tea room. They do it here and then some.

The welcome we were given was warm. The staff were polite and efficient, while making us feel as comfortable as possible. We had drinks and a snack. All of which was great. Although I regret not having the sausage roll.

My parents ate here last week, and said the food and service was excellent.

What sets this place apart from the other outstanding places around is the attention to detail. The landlord's art is on the walls. He is incredibly talented and thought provoking painter. Added to this is (I assume) his tasteful eye throughout.

This will be a regular inclusion on my trips from London in the future.

Lovely pub and the most wonderful friendly service. Food was delicious. Costs a little more than other nearby establishments around the Towyn area but worth every penny. Highly recommend to anyone looking at treating themselves to a real nice meal. Staff were amazing too.

Visited here for a lovely evening meal last week for the first time in just over 2 years. All Covid precautions were in place. I had a lovely steak burger with caramelised onions and my wife had the Steak, both were absolutely delicious, ordered a side salad and seasonal veg too and we were stuffed! Could only manage am espresso martini for dessert! Would highly recommend

🌱(Vegan-friendly) Delicious food and smart decor. Decent range of drinks and the staff were attentive, friendly and helpful, however, they weren't a patch on the quality of the food, which was very, very nice. Often get told that 'the chef will do something for you' after asking for a vegan meal but this was really good. Had a Christmas dinner with our own gravy and veg to accompany a lovely vegan wellington that really ticked the roast dinner box. Hadn't been for ages before then but we will definitely be back before long after such a good meal. Definitely worth a visit if you're near Abergele and are after some good food.
