The Range, Filton

Have had nothing but helpful, happy service from here, especially over the Christmas period. They appeared to be short staffed but all employees didn't let it phase them. They were helpful and went out of their way to help us, one even offering to get us a basket when we clearly had too many things to carry. Passed my compliments on to a manager, who was very appreciative of the comments, and I also felt compelled to come here and share.

Visited the store on 28th Dec 23. Had a wonderful shopping experience which was made so wonderful by the staff on site. They all were helpful, polite and kind. We had to perform price checks at the till and the manager who dealt with us made this a pain free experience. Thank you.

Take example about how amazing customer service should look like from Iain. I used be not the biggest fan of Range but I definitely change my.mind beacuse how everything wad dealt with as had issue with my order. Just perfect

I would highly recommend this store because it has always got what you need to homeware and decorating stuff and lighting pictures mirrors and furniture toys crafts. Also it has garden centre outside the back of the shop if you plant's and garden stuff too. Also this store has café inside so you can have drink or something to eat as well. I would definitely come here again

Love the range! Always have a great selection of reasonably priced items! Could do with more staff on the tills though as the queues were long!

Excellent service from Gordon with my rug, thank you Gordon. Very helpful and friendly, an asset to The Range. Lots of parking, lots of different & seasonal stock. Clean & tidy store. Cafe inside. I enjoy browsing around this store and would definitely recommend.

I was there whit a friend to buy some stuff and my gf was get excited because they have nice stuff and good prices
She was very happy to see a lot of Christmas stuff and decorations
I was focus on the garden things and I was surprised to see the have a big range product
5* for first experience in this shop

The Range at Stoke Gifford is a must go to store to visit, either for something special or a good nose around. With a cafe and small garden centre this store is a pleasure to grab a bargain and pick up a treat while you're there. With easy parking your shopping experience will be relaxed and stress free .

Good size store plenty of variety , Nice little cafe for a refuel .
Iceland is also in store

Love this place lots of different items from picture frames to food. I purchased 4 picture frames at a great price. Only a short wait for cashier.

The young lady who served me was lovely and very chatty and helped me navigate through the menu to find something small I could eat. However, I would’ve preferred a full meal that was gluten and dairy free. A shame - this dietary requirement is the norm now and it would appear Deedee’s cafe are not with the times. Lovely service though

Various varieties of household products, furniture & gardening needs are available at very reasonable rate.

First of all, there is plenty of space for parking, but it might be busier on the weekend.
Their Christmas department is very good and so much to choose from.
Halfway through our shopping we stopped for a coffee and scone, which was very nice and again, plenty of tables available and clean too.
All in all, it was a lovely experience.

As any Range store, wide variety of goods, friendly service, own car park.

I love this Cemetery as my son lies to rest their...Julian I wish you were there,why have you gone,you were so passionate and endiring to us ,you stuck by my family even made the oldies a cup of tea...I don't know why they moved you because the graveyard is unkept...please return to greenback..x

I just love coming to see the new range of plants. This store appears to have a greater selection than most. Unfortunately the plants can look past their best very quickly, although the prices don't match their appearance.
Could it be that the store is now using the staff who used to attend to the plants, to maintain the indoor stores shelves?
Their staff used to knowledgeable and had a keen eye in their maintenance, pricing and placement. Often now you'd imagine them to be FREE, since the prices have disappeared.

The Range, if you're listening. Please consider having enough staff to keep your living stock looking their best. They need to have the knowledge and interest in the plants, to compete with the likes of B&Q, B&M, Aldi or Lidl.

You may not be a garden centre or nursery, but you've got a wider range than most supermarkets, but your prices are higher than them, and We have to queue for longer to pay.
Maybe if the plants didn't look past their best and queues at the tills were slashed ( this is the main problem with all Range stores) you'd sell more.
