Me & my husband came in looking for another car and we had the pleasure of being looked after by the lovely Ben Westermen, he was very polite and very knowledgeable and wasnt pushy at all. He went above and beyond of trying to find us a car that was within our budget.
When the car arrived we dealt with the lovely Josh who arranged a test drive for us. and for the final part we were handed over to Sitil, she was absolutely amazing, very efficient and thorough at her job. Would highly recommend dealing with Ben & Sitil if and when you visit the store! Thank you to all at carshop who made our experience 10/10.

Came in to have a look at a car we'd seen online, and immediately were assisted.

Elliot was great, going through the car details and history, as well as guiding us on the test drive so we could test the car on the different surfaces we wanted to try out. Super personable, and explained all the various bits to us thoroughly.

All in all it made the process super easy. Would definitely look to come back again if we need to upgrade in the future.

Had a great service from Ben.w and Tony and of course not forgetting Jacob. .looked at several different cars and came away with a Ford fiesta. Really enjoying the car nice to drive and good on fuel . Ben went above and beyond to help .as did Tony. Thanks guys ..

Brilliant service from start to finish. Jordan spoke to me on the phone the night before and explained the process. I turned up and was welcomed by Jordan. He showed me to the cars we were interested in answering all questions.

We popped into the store a few days ago to have a browse at the cars as considering buying a new car. Jack Moore dealt with us and was very helpful and knowledgeable, answering all our questions. When we said we were only looking for the time being, he wasn’t pushy in trying to make a sale. We will be back.

I visited CarShop Bristol in order to trade in my car for a new vehicle. I was met with a warm greeting and had Jamie Steele assigned to talk me through everything. He was incredibly thorough and kind, everything was explained in great detail and he ensured that I was able to ask any questions I needed to. I’m very grateful to him for making my experience such a positive one.

Amazing experience today at The car shop! We arrived at the showroom to casually look around all the cars at our own leisure. We then proceeded to purchase a car we liked, Kyle took us for a test drive and was professional, friendly and made us feel at ease the whole time with no pressure. We then went to Alex to complete the purchase and Alex was again extremely professional, nothing was too much trouble. We had a throughly enjoyable experience considering car buying can more often than not be a stressful experience.

Really helpful sales person. Harrison wasn't pushy at all, was very patient and answered all my questions. Made me feel relaxed on the test drive (I did two of these) and made shopping for a car stress free and easy.

Kyle helped me pick out my car last week. He was extremely welcoming and made me feel comfortable throughout my entire experience. My wife has already left a review for our experience in store, however with the service we had from Sitil I felt she deserved a 5 star review. The level of customer service, care and knowledge when finalising the paperwork for us for our new car was10/10. Would highly recommend Sitil when purchasing a vehicle from this store. The sale team was really good. Professional, they presented a spotless car, although a 4 year old used car. Everything was taken care to be clean and in good shape.
The process is clear but if you buy, expect to spend a few hours with the drive test included.
All the information is clearly presented and important factors are pushed upfront.
Also calls after sales were well handled. I will gladly use CarShop in the future and I will trust even for online shopping.
