Amazing staff! Dylan helped me out with hair products and hand creams today. He took time to explain things and answer any questions. I bought two products and got two free samples to test the ones I'm interested in buying next. Overall, great experience at Lush 💛

We met the lovely Sofia today who was very helpful. I went in to look at the dry shampoo but she gave us some very useful tips and products to try both me and my mum. Looking forward to trying the samples she gave me and I know I'll be back to buy again. My mum says her hair still smells nice from the product testing we played with. Thank you Sofia 😊

Sofia served us today and was so lovely. She was so informative and helpful and really made it a lovely browsing experience for us. I had popped in just to have a look ahead of my birthday and she kindly gave me some samples to try and a a birthday bath bomb. The staff are always so welcoming in Lush but Sofia truly went the extra mile. I am looking forward to returning once I have given my samples a go and making my next purchase.

Came to the mall for a different stores event that was a bust, but LUSH staff made our day. Super helpful, really kind to my 9 year old birthday girl, just made our day. The staff was knowledgeable, eager to help and found some new great products and a few old ones I forgot about. Definitely a great experience.

Today I had a very good experience with Lucie who work in the Lush Bristol. She was very friendly, very polite and helpful. She helped me choose the best product to my skin and yes that worked. My partner and I were searching for some gifts for someone with sensitive skin we were then given multiple items to choose from. The staff are always very friendly, talkative and understanding. This definitely isn't the first time we've received outstanding customer service.

We had our chosen items gifted wrapped and there was a lot of care taken into organisation and the gift box so that nothing would be damaged in transit.

Andi was so so helpful and really welcoming when coming into the store. She showed us many different scents but keeping in mind my personal preference of a fresh scent. Andi was very professional and a lovely lady! Thank you for being so helpful ☺🤍

Fia was amazing she was so kind and helpful she really took her time to help us. She helped me find new hair products and was amazing at answering questions and finding products that would suit me.

We were served today by zuzia and she was absolutely amazing! We came in with our 6 year old as she wanted to try some products but as she's always suffered with eczema she's very wary of trying new things. Zuzia was amazing and so knowledgeable and tried some products on my daughters skin and also let her melt a bathbomb. We ended up buying 2 bath items for her and she couldn't wait to go home for a bath to try her new products. Thank you so much zuzia for all your help. You're an absolute asset to your team and we felt so valued as customers.

The people that work here are so lovely, they are so helpful. The cashier was lovely, his name was oscar and he asked me how my day was which is always nice to hear, another lady who I didn’t catch her name was helping me with the sort of product I’d want and it turns out my mum loved what I got!

Served by Sofia she gave me a beautiful hand and arm massage, explaining all the different products. I bought the lavender massage bar. Sofia was delightful. She absolutely made my day. Thank you.

Went to do a little Christmas shopping as my mum absolutely loves LUSH.

I was greeted upon entering by the wonderful Darcy and she offer to assist with my shopping experience.
And I have to say I felt like Darcy really went above and beyond in providing an unhurried, knowledgeable, informative and relaxing experience. She assisted me perfectly from the door to till and back to the door.
Really fabulous customer service, if Darcy has a senior reading this then you should give her the best rewards you can (money is usually the most loving way you could do that).
And so good was the customer service if someone from corporate it reading, if you ever make any training videos you should seriously consider consulting with Darcy to show you how perfect service is delivered.

And of course at the end of this I left the store with some of your wonderful products.

Sofia served my 3.5 yr old when buying a present for her Dad's birthday. She asked for a bath bomb in a gift box. Sofia helped her pick out a selection of bath bombs and bubble bars she involved her all the way through. Getting her to smell the bombs and telling her what they would do in the bath and involved her in the gift wrapping by talking about the potato starch and showing her how to wrap. Later in the day both Sofia and the experience at lush featured in all my little girls imaginative play so she clearly felt very special there.
Here are some of my little girls words:
When she wrapped it up she went fold and fold and fold and fold. And then it was all wrapped.
They smelled like dragons.
I was looking in the bin at the foam (packing potato starch things), I chose one and Sofia let me take some home.
Thank you for helping me buy a bath bomb. I want to go back for another bath bomb.

I work a night shift and I was looking for something that induces sleep and gives me more sleep quality. Well right off the bat Andi helped me out and showed me all the products I would need for a great nights sleep! I bought a cool lavender bath bomb that you can reuse. They were also great with my 2 year old and got him involved too. I will be back for more products. Thank you Andi

I was helped by the amazing Andi, she introduced me to sticky dates body lotion which is divine! Also helped me pick out a lip balm. Such a lovely friendly experience, she made my day.

Sobia was absolutely lovely. Very friendly and helpful. My autistic 5 year old came away from the store saying how lovely she was after showing him how a bath bomb worked. Fantastic experience!!

I was helped today by Sofia looking for some gifts for my mother for her birthday. We expressed her favourite scents and skin issues and Sofia was incredibly helpful. She had a bright cheery attitude with a plethora of knowledge regarding the products and their benefits to certain skin conditions such as eczema and psoriasis.

She informed me that there was a gift wrapping service that not many people know about, and the best part is that it's completely free. We also received a free sample at the end of our purchase.

Products we were unsure about, were able to be sampled and bath bomb demonstrations took place. By the end my sister and I were very happy with the outcome of our shop.

Hopefully mum likes the gift as much as we liked buying it.

Visited the Cabot Store today and was greeted by very pleasant staff. Spoke with Sofia who helped me pick out bath bombs for my kids, noting the skin type of the kids and also providing demonstrations.
