Very nice pharmacy assistant Lara provided excellent service on Sunday. Also provided advice for my medication which I did not previously know about.

The pharmacy here is brilliant, and so helpful. The queue is usually very long since they closed the local Lloyd's pharmacies, but the pharmacist with the northern Irish accent is incredibly helpful, gives great advice and takes the time to ensure you have what you need.

Staff are knowledgeable and very helpful. Kate served me at 3.30pm on Christmas Eve and despite the time of day and year, she was enthusiastic, eager to help and resolved my concerns!

Like Wilkinsons, if we lose some of the Boots branches on our high streets we would certainly notice it. My Boots branch is a light and airy shop that sells medicines first aid products and, at the moment ìs packed with gift ideas for Christmas. I have a Boots card which gives me money off on many products and the discount is shown on the shelves. I find it a little expensive for everyday toiletries like shampoo and shower gel compared to the large supermarkets although again they have discounts displayed and it is quicker to pop in there than waiting in a queue for a tube of toothpaste, so convenient . A useful high street shop that also has useful,attractive gifts for that unexpected occasion.

Many thanks to Karen in the beauty section of Boots at Epsom who was incredibly knowledgeable, helpful and friendly. She gave excellent advice on skin care and showed me how to apply the products. When I went to collect a relative form an NHS appointment, she and the staff all commented favourably! I am going back soon for another session on eye care.

I was served by the loveliest lady ever. I think she said her name was Charlotte? Great customer service. She came to grab me out of the wrong queue - I had been queuing in the prescriptions queue when I was meant to be queuing at the check-out tills. We had a great conversation and she totally made my day. Thank you!

Really lovely store great staff and nicely organised clean store

I went into Boots Pharmacy Epsom today to get advice on pain relief that I can take for a chronic pain condition. The members of staff that saw me were Michelle and Nisha and they could not have been more helpful. I have had this condition for two years and I felt like it was the first time that someone actually empathised with me about how it affects me.

Speaking from personal experience it can be really difficult having a condition which is invisible. I really felt that the above members of staff really cared. Michelle went out of her way to help me and gave me some great recommendations for medicines that I can take and Nisha was absolutely lovely and greeted me with the biggest smile. For the first time in the 2 years that I have had this condition I really felt that someone cared, so thank you Nisha and Michelle for your kindness and care.

Wow this pharmaceutical team is brilliant!! I went in very late to closing on a busy Saturday, the staff had been working hard with customers all day. My previous nominated chemist had shut early and I was desperate to get vital medications for my holiday which I was leaving for in the early hours of the next morning. The Boots team told me my only choice was to call 111 and have my prescription transferred. They kindly spent a great deal of time speaking to myself and the NHS 111 customer advisors to ensure I would not go away without urgent medications. I must confess this was not hassle free as NHS kept sending the prescription back to the original chemist which was shut so the Boots team had to keep on at them to send it to the right place. No other team would do this for me! I did have a list of names for this review which I lost due to packing last minute - but I will be back soon to get them as they deserve all the praise! I cannot recommend this pharmacy enough, they have been so helpful. I have changed them to my nominated pharmacy now so I can get their great care and advice often. Thanks to you all :) There are also plus sides to visiting this pharmacy regularly, the general over the counter advice has always been spot on, opening hours are long 7 days a week and there is so much good stuff to buy in the store in general.

Boots Epsom is newly refurbished, cool air-conditioning, very clean with a great selection of products and stock. Staff are helpful and nice. A nice experience.

Boots is always a safe place to shop for medication but they're also great for cosmetics and travel essentials.

Good range of products and services. I find the Christian Dior price quite competitive and a nice male grooming selection.
The staff always appear helpful and friendly.

I asked for assitence and a very friendly and helpdul young girl helped me to find the product l was looking for.

Had an ear test here. The lady was a delight. Very knowledgeable and happy to help. I felt very well looked after and properly informed.

Only a brief visit to have a free hearing test. Nice, knowledgeable person undertaking the test and all on time too.

Good sized store offering electrical as well as normal products. Great opticians with good range of glasses at reasonable prices. Pharmacy onsite. Parking spaces available in main parking area.
