Marks and Spencer

Love the food department, good selection of products. Good for ladies fashion but have cut back on gent's clothing especially in the smart wear (not a great selection of suits in various sizes). Also small children's department. Reasonably priced cafe.

Clothing and food are its speciality. Situated in the Ashley Centre but also accessible from the town market place.

This is not temporarily closed and went in here today.Had a really good shopping experience,would recommend

I asked a young man, who was unpacking stock if M@S sell Non-Alcoholic Prosecco, but he was a bit rude and said it would come in a can if they had it and he didn't know.
I had to ask another Lady Assistant, who even looked up the stock quantity for me, I couldn't wait for her to go and get one for me as I needed to catch a bus.
This young lad needs more Customer Service Training indeed, I was No Impressed with him at all.!!

I’m sitting in the cafe upstairs and the staff are happy and really friendly. There is a lovely atmosphere the staff are giving off. Defiantly going back. Enza and Conner thank you for making this visit so nice

I went in here expecting a mediocre experience from obnoxious people, however my expectations were far surpassed by a young employee called Finn Cartwright. He was incredibly helpful and guided me to victory within the food hall. If there could be more employees like him I would shop here everyday of my life. Go Finn!

Staff were fantastic as I momentarily felt dizzy at the food checkout. Someone was immediately called over who provided a chair, got some water and checked to see if I needed anything else. She then called a first aider who came to my assistance. I assured them I would be ok and was possibly dehydrated. My son was with me and was impressed too. Exemplary customer service! Thank you so much. X

Janet! This lady should be commended. Brilliant member of staff at the Epsom Town Marks and Spencers. We collected our Christmas order and like always, Janet was organised and very efficient.

Nice M&S good size for where it is located. It has have pretty much everything the bigger stores have. kids clothes section is a bit small but great variety for foods and nibbles!

I was originally shopping at Aldi I chose to give mark and spencer's a try but it was the first time I have been here so I was unaware of the products and what's best, so I asked this young man called Finn cartwright, and he was so helpful and recommended the best sellers and what the best value for money.

M&S Epsom changed my life; I used to be a wasteman and shop in Waitrose. Until one day I was unfortunate enough to find my self struggling due to a lack of water in the middle of the Ashley center, I was almost dying of thirst, I somehow managed to hold
Myself together and was fortunate enough to Make it to this wonderful m&s. although I was struggling to breathe and mumbling within my speech I managed to find someone posted up in the elegant m&s uniform. his name was ‘Finn’ this fine young man managed to understand my words and infact located the drink isle. I struggle to imagine the possible outcome where I was unable to find this kind gentleman, I thank him very much for his bravery

This is the choicest shopping arena in Epsom town: well centralised, easily accessible and awesomely always well stocked up with indispensables.
Always rewarding experience at the M&S, and I cannot afford to discontinue going for the choicest things on the shop floors!

Such a nice, safe place to have shopped over the past 3- 4 months. Kind, patient staff who have been working under very difficult circumstances.

Buy my lunch, dinner and snacks there everyday! Also have lunch in the cafe when I feel like it! Has so much variety, you are never stuck for choice

Good variety of clothes and accessories and food.

Monday I was impressed by the help I received by a staff member called Lucy she went above and beyond to make sure I had everything I needed.

Good size over 2 floors near to centre parking food hall and ladies clothing ground floor men's, childrens clothing, homeward and restaurant 1st floor escalators and lift available

Always good food and great clothing

I sometimes buy clothes from here and considering it's not really that big they seem to carry a good selection of nice clothes.
